Overall it's very bad experience, service is not good at all its very overpriced for the service and money the hotel charging. Waiting period for everything even smaller things takes eternity.

Fantastic experience. Fabulous food and modestly priced, friendly staff. Rooms and exterior of the property, although great, could be so much better with a coat of paint and minor plumbing issues resolved in addition to removing stains from the outdoor cushions. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location. We also hired the houseboat and that was the highlight of our trip. Food provided was fit for a king and we had our own personal chef with 3 other people waiting on us! A must do for all guests.

Best resort experience so far. Food, spa, room, swimming pool, bar, services , boathouse etc each and every thing is great A must visit resort, if you are planning for a luxurious and comfortable alleppey trip. And excellent staffs behaviour. Thanks a ton for making our alleppey trip damn special and beautiful ❤️

The stay was pretty nice and really like the view. They also have a sunset boat ride which was amazing . They also have a pretty nice restaurant and bar and the food tastes great too. I would recommend everyone to stay at this property if you are visiting Alappuzha :)

Picturesque location, lovely Ambience and smiling staff. They offer complimentary boat ride in evening and paid shikara rides,both are must do activities. Alesh in reception is great same ajith the fnd b manager Even the boating staff are very courteous. The only let down was the lady at the reception desk ,who I felt should learn some manners and shun coldness Food too was awesome But overall 5 star stay.

Let me start with saying.. "Wow!!" Amazing experience.. 1. Room - I stayed in Lakeview cottage. clean and spacious room, neat bathroom 2. Staff - in simple words they are so friendly and 10/10 Must try experience: Jetski through punnamada lake. (You need to pay extra) Sunset cruise Overall we just started our vacation with a bang!!! We all enjoyed staying at Sterling Lake Palace, Alleppey. Thanks

Property is awesome. Well maintained and good service too. Good resort for photo shoots as there is back water, lake, pool, beautiful landscapes too. Food could have been better and has scope for betterment. Resort is not approachable in odd hours. They can provide some bikes or cars on rent for guests for any emergency. Overall it was a great experience
