This is the best hotel I have stayed at in Almaty; the location is pretty, it's convenient, and it's quiet. The hotel itself is meticulously maintained, clean as can be, and very well appointed. My room (deluxe) was big and very comfortable, as was the bed. Best of all was the staff - efficient, friendly, and flawless manners! A trip to the bar found it wonderfully-stocked and quiet comfortable; breakfast, while not the most inventive buffet I've seen, was of outstanding quality and execution. Really impressive. The only shortcoming was that I could have used a refrigerator in my room - but I cannot even register that as a complaint - just a suggestion.

Really liked this hotel, although the exterior of the hotel is not very beautiful, there is no luxurious lobby (not at all), but it is a great downtown boutique hotel. Walking distance to all attractions, green market, Panfilov Memorial Government/Republic Square and right in the middle of Almaty’s restaurants and bars. This hotel is newly renovated, quiet, clean, friendly and great value for money. Is it luxurious or amazing? None, but this is a very nice little hotel to explore and enjoy a wonderful, warm, civilized city. I recommend this hotel and will also be on my list of future stays here

No deposit returned, please pay attention! I lived from 16-19 in Mildom at Nauryzbay Batyra 122. When entering, I was asked to leave the deposit in the amount of 10 thousand tenge, promised to return when leaving. When I left, they said that there was a mistake and my deposit will be returned later by transfer to the map! Nothing returned, almost a week passed. Called every day and every time promised to throw, but eventually simply silence. Knowing I was from another city and I wouldn't come to Almaty anymore, I just decided to throw the customer for money. It's just horrible guys. I never thought that in the hotel sphere they could do that! Let this review see everything and you will be conscience! I will write this review everywhere so that it is fair to customers!

A classic Soviet icon building, beautiful lobby, that's where it ends. The rooms are ANCIENT - old big-box tv in the room, no safe and no refrigerator as advertised. Drilling noises in the early morning from my room. Old mattresses lying on the bedroom floors. Rooms clearly haven't been updated for 30 years. No sockets placed conveniently in room so have to put the tea tray on the floor to use it. Insane! No thought put into the comfort for guests using the room. Treated like a number instead of a guest. Not enough staff on reception. Breakfast very good but busy. Have a look inside and get a bite to eat maybe, but stay someplace else!

Command, quick choice of the hotel, chose this - close to the office, next park)))) These are the only advantages of this hotel! Furniture, plumbing old, ripped, The exit to the balcony and the whole view to the park is lost because of the plaster ... Girls on the respiratory can't help, in the morning the feather broke, nothing did, waited 20 minutes and horns for breakfast and then work with unsuspension hair. Breakfast is a normal Swedish table, no fruit, little dishes. I would have made a continental breakfast then. I had a feeling that I got into a boardroom for the elderly, there was a lot of them there for some reason. Next time I will never stop there.

I tried to settle with my husband at the hotel on April 23 at 7.00. The room was paid from April 22, as we flew all night and did not want to wait for the settlement. When we arrived at the hotel we were told that our room was not ready and offered to wait when it was removed. The number that was taken off from the past 24 hours! We also were offered to pay a deposit of 20,000 tenge. We tried to talk to the director. On what a man named Nurasyl said that our number was used as we did not settle in 14.00 last day and they gave it to someone, and now they are cleaning. Also insisted on paying the deposit. Okay, we very tired paid the deposit and finally waited for our room. The room was the size of a dog canura, 10 meters less than we paid. The situation is appropriate, and for that they still take the deposit! When trying to return the money, the administrator Damir said that the money they did not return and any documents could not provide. It was necessary to call the police to record the fraud.

Были в номере люкс, это конечно не люкс, но в целом все было хорошо, уборка в номере и смена полотенец каждый день, предметы гигиены. Больше всего понравилось расположение, очень удобно было добираться в разные места и передвигаться пешком, просто вечером погулять возле Дворца республики. Завтрак входил в стоимость, был с 7 до 11,но по факту в 10 уже есть было особо нечего, поэтому если хотите позавтракать, надо вставать рано, чего в отпуске не хочется. Сауна, бассейн и тренажёрный зал на троечку, но мы и не ради этого ехали. Территории своей почти нет, но при этом всё таки можно посидеть вечерком на улице за столиком, ввиду отсутствия балконов. В целом можно рекомендовать как хорошую и доступную гостиницу.

The rooms are not great. A small area, old, but intact furniture, worn carpet, outdated tiles, old towels, with tatters. There is not a single shelf in the wardrobe - there is nowhere to put things, only 2 hangers. Bed linen is clean. There is a kettle, cups, tea and sugar. Water 0.5 is brought daily. Mini bar - I had the whole refrigerator, a colleague - empty. Upon request, I think they will bring. There are only 2 ironing rooms. On the 6th and 7th floors. On the 7th floor, the light is very dim - you stroke almost to the touch. For such a large hotel, it would seem that it is not enough. But for 7 days of stay - I did not stand in line at the ironing board. There are no gyms, saunas, swimming pools. And this is a big minus of the hotel. Breakfasts at the Zina restaurant are very varied and tasty. Kashi, cottage cheese are awesome. There are fresh vegetables, salads, tartlets, etc. There are also serious dishes: manti, meat, baked potatoes. The pastries are mostly delicious. But sometimes they serve pies, samsushki for three or four days. Already oak. Maybe they put them in for the appearance of a larger number. For a change, with frequent business trips, you can stay at this hotel once a year.

I stayed at this place for 2 nights during my trip to Almaty, they have a strict check-in on time policy, as i came like 11 AM in the morning and requested for early checkin , I was asked to pay 50% more of the total booking amount for early check-in of 3 hours, I prefer to wait in the lobby for 3 hours for the same. The room size is average and small and doesn't looks fresh at all, Due to high volume of customers they have inflated the price of the rooms and are over charging which I really didn't liked . Overall an average stay with just basic facilities. Don't expect that they will do something special to make your stay better , would only recommend to people if they don't find any other decent stay in the city,

Upon arrival, the hotel appeared to be a cozy, chic and sophisticated boutique hotel near the airport. Danial, the front desk clerk greeted me. He was helpful with the check-in service. I didn't think I had enough money to get a taxi for the next day, but Danial reassured me by calling a taxi that charged a standard price to the airport. Next, I went up to my room and was pleasantly surprised by the newness of it and modern design. It was very clean and comfortable. The only amenity that the hotel didn't have was body lotion, which I had forgotten to bring. The towels appeared white, fresh and new. The next morning, I was greeted by friendly dining room staff for breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that breakfast was included in the price of the hotel. It was not buffet style but served hot individually and in generous portions. First was the warm oatmeal/porridge, croissant, butter, and yogurt. I thought that was all the breakfast I was going to get. Then eggs, sausage and grilled vegetables were placed in front of me and when I thought I was finished, out came a platter of sliced fruit of oranges, pineapple, kiwi and apples served with coffee or tea. Wow!! was all I could say with my mouth full and looking out the large windows with the scenic view of the mountains in a cozy chic décor on one side and a classy European style on the other side of the dining room gave me a warm, fuzzy feeling. The disadvantages of the hotel are no ATM machine, no body lotion and located far from city centre and isolated, but near the airport and great mountain view. Positive things are low price for high quality, clean, new, modern, wonderful hotel staff, great mountain view, peaceful, quiet and yummy breakfast. Overall, I enjoyed my 1 night stay and recommend this hotel to everyone who is travelling to Almaty.
