The hotel isn't in the city center, but getting around by metro is super convenient, and Amsterdam isn't a huge city anyway. It's a 5-minute walk from the metro station, and the path is pretty flat, which is great when you're dragging luggage. (Picture 1 shows the view from the metro exit.) Rooms are cleaned daily. There aren't any individual shampoo, conditioner, or toothbrushes, just a single shower gel, but that's pretty standard for European hotels. The pillows are quite high but not hard; I found them easy to sink into and comfortable. The Wi-Fi speed was good most of the time. I couldn't find an on/off switch for the air conditioning, only temperature adjustments. The motion-sensor light in the bathroom was a bit funny – it would go dark after a few minutes! The staff were friendly and efficient. Other than check-in, check-out, and storing luggage, I didn't interact with them much. Luggage storage is free, which is a nice perk. After checking out, there's a restroom, sofa, and charging ports on the ground floor, which is perfect for a quick refresh before heading to the airport. There aren't many restaurants nearby, so it's a good idea to eat before heading back. Although the room isn't huge, the bed is small and the layout is well-designed, making it surprisingly functional. We could open two large suitcases at once. Overall, it's quite similar to a budget hotel back home, but prices are bound to vary due to location, especially during tulip season when they definitely go up. For the price, it's still decent value for money.
The reception was warm and the service was thoughtful. You will be seated first when checking in. Drinks and snacks will be prepared for you and then you can check in slowly. The breakfast was rich. I don't know if it was due to the translation or something else, but the basement written in Chinese on Ctrip was not the basement but the top floor. However, the parking fee for self-driving in Amsterdam is really explosive.
The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing and natural light. The service was professional and attentive; the concierge and front desk were responsive and paid attention to details. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Definitely worth it! Thumbs up! 👍
I was in Amsterdam for work at RAI and the hotel was a pleasant 25-minute walk away. I enjoyed the scenery along the way, and it was a bonus to catch a rowing competition happening on the Amstel River – quite a sight! The hotel's room service was excellent, and housekeeping was always prompt. The restaurant was also clean and hygienic.
Compared to the average luxury hotel, this Hip hotel is more suitable for travelers looking for cost-effective.
As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I smelled a faint fragrance.
Customer service staff professional and high action.
The room was clean and the space was full, and the bedding was comfortable.
I also bought the hotel's body lotion and body wash.
Next time you come to the Netherlands, you will definitely stay again!
The hotel room was very clean, and although the facilities were a bit dated, they were all in good working order. The room layout, however, was quite peculiar. There was a glass partition between the bed and the shower, with newspaper plastered on the glass. There was also a structural pillar in the room, exposing raw concrete, which made that area look like an unfinished shell. Overall, it was decent.
Great calue for money! Very close to the train station! They have great bed, easy check in checkout systems, friendly staff. Would stay here again next time!!
One of the best stays I ever had. Very warm and beautifully decorated place. Camilla, the host made me the best breakfast, not exaggerated in my life. Thank you, big hug and love to Camilla for a very wonderful stay. Mark Soh

Amazing
NNa-chan2The city center is just a 10-minute train ride away.
The tram station is nearby, so it was quiet at night and I was able to get plenty of rest.
It was a stylish hotel and very comfortable.
I really appreciated the water dispenser in the lobby, which was free to refill.
I drove,
but I was also able to park in the underground car park.
This was really appreciated in Amsterdam, where parking is scarce.
GGuest UserVery disappointing experience. How come it is a 4star hotel while it doesn't have a mini fridge in guest rooms? This was very inconvenient and cost us a lot as we had to buy everything fresh and with a baby this was extremely difficult to manage. The people at the dask were very friendly and would store food for you in the fridge, yet it was by no means the convenience you paid for. The hotel didn't have any cribs either, and the standard guest room was very tiny, again parameters that question the categorization of this hotel as 4star. As for the room maintenance, our room was not vacuum cleaned the second day of our stay. Everything was provided at bare mininmum, only 2 pillows and no face towels were provided.
On the positive side, the hotel had a restaurant, a coffee shop and a bar.
YYuii & PPhad a great 11-day stay! The hotel was clean and well-maintained throughout my visit. The room was spacious, comfortable, and the Wi-Fi speed was consistently good, which was perfect for my longer stay. The location is ideal if you're looking for a quiet area slightly away from the hustle of the city. It's in a peaceful neighborhood but still very convenient—just a few meters from the Overamstel metro station, making it easy to get around.
They also have great amenities, including a lovely swimming pool and an on-site restaurant that’s both convenient and enjoyable. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would happily come back again.
NNazhachimazhaThe location might seem a bit far out, but it's right next to the LRT station, making it even more convenient to get to the city center than staying in the city center itself. The downside is there aren't many dining options nearby, just a McDonald's across the street. The hotel facilities are extremely modern, perfect for younger guests. The elevators are super cool – you select your floor on an external digital screen, and it automatically assigns one to you. This is really convenient, but it took me a while to figure it out on my first stay. The underground parking is very high-tech, but the parking fee isn't cheap at 25 a night.
ピピンキー^_^When we checked in, they were very polite and kind, and even though we don't speak either English or Dutch, they explained things to us in easy-to-understand English. They even carried our suitcases up to our room, which was very helpful.
The room was very spacious, and there was plenty of room even with two suitcases spread out.
When we checked out, we had to use the stairs to get from the room, so it was difficult to carry our suitcases up, but a cleaning man who happened to be passing by helped us out, which was very helpful.
We were able to check out online, but we had to return the card key to an employee, and since there was another guest in front of us, it took a while to return the key.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.
NNicholasBeautiful hotel and grounds. Customer Service was good. My only criticism is I didn't understand the see through shower walls. I was staying with a freind as part of a stag group and the only way we could shower privately was if we turned the bathroom light off. Perfect for a honey moon sweet however it wasnt the occasion for it 😅
