Love the energy and vibe of this place The front desk is so helpful and so knowledgable The breakfasts are such a wonderful way to start your day The rooms are clean though they did have some plumbing issues ( the water from the flush tank kept running ) but these are quick fixes I would definitely come back here again Yours Ryan

Beautiful hotel in great location just outside of the city centre and close to transportation spots. Room itself was big but for as cold as Amsterdam can get would be better if the room actually got warm. Restaurant linked to it wasn’t the best can get nicer food inside main Amsterdam but for price and location it was good. They didn’t do anything special for my birthday, usually a hotel would give you a little something, so customer service wise was nothing amazing.

This hotel is in the suburbs. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the nearest tram station. There are 1 roads 11 and 17 and you can take a 20-minute bus ride to leideseplein, which is the place where the city center can walk to the museum area. You can also take the 17th road for about 30 minutes and sit directly at the central station area. Hotel breakfast is good. The surrounding area is a bit ridiculous, basically nothing. The room was small and the two suitcases were full.

The hotel was very clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were lovely and very helpful when asked any questions or for travel advice. The reception area was very welcoming and the bar/restaurant was top class. The breakfast had a good selection of food and drinks - was well worth it. There is a Lidl round the corner which is very reasonable. The tram/bus/metro tickets were well worth the money and once we figured out our routes they were very easy to use (and frequent) - just remember to scan in and scan off the bus/tram/metro. It took us about 30 mins to get to the centre of town. I would 110% recommend this hotel and it’s staff to anyone looking for accommodation in Amsterdam.

Very clean room. Lack of toiletries compare to other similar hotels (no hand body, tooth brush, shower cap). Easy check in/check out. Close to tram stop to downtown. Several supermarket nearby: Lidl and Albert Heijn.

We stayed three nights at XO Hotels Couture and were very satisfied. Clean and relatively large soundproofed room, so no traffic noise. The room is well furnished with a fridge and coffee machine, as well as a comfortable bed. Large bathroom with walk-in shower and toiletries. More value for money here compared to in the city centre. Transport with the tram right outside the door works well and is not expensive. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially in the breakfast restaurant, we were always greeted with a smile. The selection and quality of breakfast was also good. So our warmest recommendation.
