酒店比較新，温泉票要單獨購買，温泉比較舒服，就是温泉進去就不能出來了，這一點對於住在這裏的房客不是很友好，還有服務非常一般，國慶幾乎沒有服務可言，早餐到9點半，9點去吃早餐基本光盤了也沒有補食物，就是去晚了壓根啥都沒得吃了，哪怕還在早餐時間，體驗感非常差，不會再去

設施什麼都可以，就是服務欠缺，自助早餐説9點半結束，8點半去已經不怎麼補充食品了，連碟子都不增加。剛剛好是國慶假期，人員較多，大家看着空空如也的餐盤，跟服務員説，服務員還反問現在幾點了，應該一早來嘛。是我們不對麼這樣説？

設施：温泉池很多，露天池、室內池、中葯池、游泳池大大小小有39個，滿足不同人羣不同季節的需求，很棒！
衞生：乾淨、舒適
環境：很適合度假悠閑的山莊，四周羣山環抱，負氧離子含量高，空氣清新
服務：服務周到，下大雨，打個電話到前台，前台服務員馬上冒雨送傘過來，很贊。

總體來説非常滿意。房間空間大，很舒適。沙發還可以給小朋友晚上靠床睡，也不會打擾大人。温泉很舒服泳池很大，小朋友玩的不亦樂乎。現場買的泳衣也還不錯。武功山和羊獅慕很好玩，離的很近。晚上開車5分鐘還有一些餐廳有夜宵。升級的這個蜜月套房，非常喜歡。長者們也讚不絕口。

設施：裝修很新很高檔！從窗外看出去是鬱鬱葱葱的山景，智能馬桶和衞浴，處處透露着用心
服務：服務很棒！退房後有點不舒服在前台坐着，小姐姐還帶我去二樓休息，很貼心哦

環境特別的好，五星級的酒店，前台時刻在線，覺得挺不錯的，樓下就是温泉池。我覺得這個酒店對於出去玩的人來説比較好，房間很大很乾凈。

服務挺好的，酒店比較新，人也不多，衹是泡温泉從頭到尾就一條毛巾，如果像君瀾那樣每個點都有設幹毛巾就好了，另外可能是新酒店，有點味道
