設施：沒有提供洗手液或肥皂，翻找老半天才發現藏在洗手池下的櫃子裏...
浴室玻璃推拉門的“推”和“拉”都貼反了...
燒水壺的水燒開後無法自動跳起，得手動；
服務：定的有窗大床，早晨醒來發現窗户外是對面樓扔的一大堆垃圾...
開車來入住的，有保安指揮停在酒店旁沿街的路上，真心不清楚在指揮什麼？路上特別黑一點路燈都沒有，停車的位置還是在台階上， 一整個看不清楚直接車前面被台階撞到....
跟着導航開過來還以為開錯了，如家兩個字和足浴放在同一個牌子上，就連前台和電梯都和足浴是公用的....足浴前台還是濃粧艷抹穿個低胸再問一個客人説：你有錢來做嗎...
因為是出差訂房交代了開發票，所有開票訊息都給了，發票裏的開户行 地址 訊息等都每天上去，問了還説普票不顯示...

早上八點去吃酒店早餐，沒想到已經空空如也，一樣吃的都沒有，連豆漿都沒有。退房的時候前台還想讓我好評一下，我説我想投訴的，因為今天早上的早餐空空如也。前台給我的解釋是因為有旅行團入住。可是明知道有旅行團入住，為什麼不多準備一點早餐？別的房客就不用吃了嗎？這樣也影響到了我的出行體驗啊，花了同樣的錢住酒店，卻沒享受到該有的待遇。挺無語的，請明明掛名如家酒店，卻很多方面沒達標，跟之前我住的如家差別太大了！
