"Very nice resort"

"Words can not fully express how breathtaking this hotel is. It felt like we were on mars everyone was really friendly and warm especially the servers at the restaurant. We were welcomed with a welcoming ceremony from a wonderful gentleman, George and some cute bracelets which really made us feel at home. And George just really catered to us so exceptionally along with the Ugandan gentleman who took us from the desert safari. The food was delicious especially the dinner buffet that we thoroughly enjoyed. We enjoyed the pool and fire pits mostly considering we visited during the winter time but fortunately were able to attend the winter festival which was quite lovely experiencing the culture. we requested to use the electric bikes but unfortunately were not able to use them during our stay. Nonetheless our stay with this hotel was nothing short of seamless. We loved it so much"

"I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. However, there was a delay in room service. I ordered breakfast and part of the order was missing. When the missing items arrived later, no cutlery was provided, which was inconvenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but the room service could be improved."
