老公單位臨時有事需要用電腦，又不想去電競酒店感覺不乾淨，特意選了本酒店，發現商務間有電腦（看到圖片裏有電腦）就定了這裏。到酒店後前台告知沒有電腦，還説即使有也用不了，現在沒人用那種台式機了😳（什麼態度🙄️）我問那為什麼網站訊息圖片不更新，這不是誤導人耽誤事嗎！進了房間，孩子想看電視，怎麼也打不開，想打電話問前台，電話上的前台和客房服務的一鍵撥通都死活接不通，翻遍了服務手冊，上面倒是有一個服務電話，還是撥不通，衹能又跑下樓到前台去問，結果前台告訴我打222，電視要自己摸一摸電視下面面板才能開……床頭的插座衹有一個，還插着枱燈的電源，插座在床的外側倒是有一個，但還沒有牀頭櫃，衹能自己把茶几搬過去！我都無語了😓（後四張圖是網站圖片可以清楚看到有電腦）

這是我住過的最差的酒店，沒有之一！！！房間裏沒有一次性拖鞋，礦泉水我就忍了，竟然沒有暖氣，那空調總該有吧？絕對有，就是壞的，吹了一個晚上，除了轟隆隆的設備老化噪音聲，沒有一絲暖意！再説那個前台，在北方零下十幾二十度的天氣，給了我一個最邊上的房間，我問她問什麼不給中間的，人家説因為我是去哪兒買的，便宜！特價房總要能住人吧，哥們兒？兩面全是窗户，外面呼呼的寒風吹得窗簾動，沒有暖氣，空調壞的，可憐我帶的孩子，蓋兩層被子，凍的瑟瑟發抖，手腳冰涼，睡不着，房間還沒走廊暖，這種房間你們怎麼好拿來讓人住？大家都看看我的手，再凍下去會不會出人命！一定要睜大眼睛，千萬不要來這垃圾酒店
