We were supposed to stay for a night but since we have to wait for our PCR Test result we decided to stay one more night in Shangri-La before going back to Beijing. I do love the bed it's very comfortable to sleep and I did sleep like a baby. The bathtub is great as well. We enjoyed our stay.

Definitely the nicest hotel in Baotou. Great location near good restaurants and very easy to get a taxi if you want to go further. Service was very help and breakfast had great Chinese and Western options. Even during Spring Festival everything was very clean and service was attentive. Will definitely stay again!

I was really angry. I went to the hotel after dinner at night. I booked Hyde because it was closer to the office. I could walk to work the next day. At night, my phone was almost out of battery and I charged it by the bedside. I didn’t charge it all night. The next day, when I went out to check the 3% battery level, my blood pressure rose instantly. I tried it again and it turned out that there was no battery. I couldn’t go out in a hurry to find a place and borrowed a power bank. The hotel’s power-saving measures have reached a new level. I forgot to say that the bedside light in the room was not on and I thought it was broken, so I took a photo and it turned on, just like repairing the TV when I was a child, it was fine.
