The welcome fruit was fresh, and the warm milk before bed was a thoughtful touch, adding to the overall sense of luxury. There's also a self-service laundry room on the 13th floor, and the buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious dishes. Every detail showcases quality, making it a place worth revisiting multiple times!

The hotel's facilities were indeed excellent—the rooms were spacious and bright, the bedding was just the right firmness, and amenities like the smart toilet were all provided. However, the service was so disappointing that I wanted to complain. The training was inadequate, and management was lacking! The receptionist was indifferent upon check-in. The next day, I didn't have my room cleaned, and she was extremely impatient when I asked for water, saying that according to regulations, I could only have two bottles, and that she only gave me two because I hadn't had my room cleaned. For a 4-star hotel, the service was 1-star. I paid to stay in a hotel not to be treated with bad attitudes. I don't need smiling faces, at least don't be rude! Furthermore, the public hygiene was terrible; the elevator was covered in stains. And let me complain about the breakfast. It seemed to be outsourced. It wasn't good, fine, but they stared at me while I was getting the food, and they talked loudly on their phones next to me while I ate. It was unbearable. It was worse than a guesthouse. I will never stay here again. They were also reluctant to serve me self-service coffee. I paid money, I'm not begging. They really need to train me properly. On the positive side, the complimentary yogurt was quite good.

It is very close to the Botanical Garden by walking 400 meters. There is a commercial street next to it. There is also a market opposite where you can buy fruits and specialties. It is very good. Recommended for those who want to go to the Botanical Garden.
