A great staying experience. The room at this price has exceeded my expectations. Are all hotels nowadays so expensive? [Laughing] The bathroom and shower room are separated from wet and dry. The room is spacious. It is on the 17th floor and has a good view. The room has a sense of design, a reasonable layout, is relatively clean, and is full of details. It is also equipped with a desk, which is very friendly for business travelers like us. The breakfast is quite sumptuous. I recommend their rice noodles with mixed sauce and soy milk. The soy milk is delicious and should be processed by myself. It is not the kind made with soy milk to save trouble. In short, it will definitely be my first choice when I go here in the future.

My stay in the Garden Room was absolutely fantastic! The garden itself is so peaceful and elegant, with lush greenery that creates a wonderful atmosphere. However, the service was so disappointing that I wanted to complain. The training was inadequate, and management was lacking! The receptionist was indifferent upon check-in. The next day, I didn't have my room cleaned, and she was extremely impatient when I asked for water, saying that according to regulations, I could only have two bottles, and that she only gave me two because I hadn't had my room cleaned. For a 4-star hotel, the service was 1-star. I paid to stay in a hotel not to be treated with bad attitudes. I don't need smiling faces, at least don't be rude! Furthermore, the public hygiene was terrible; the elevator was covered in stains. And let me complain about the breakfast. It seemed to be outsourced. It wasn't good, fine, but they stared at me while I was getting the food, and they talked loudly on their phones next to me while I ate. It was unbearable. It was worse than a guesthouse. I will never stay here again. They were also reluctant to serve me self-service coffee. I paid money, I'm not begging. They really need to train me properly. On the positive side, the complimentary yogurt was quite good.
