Hotels in Yunnan University of Finance and Economics Area, Kunming

My daughter was immediately captivated by the pond in the garden as soon as she entered the room. There were two fish in the tank, and she spent an hour just playing with the water and watering the flowers! The room staff were also incredibly helpful; they proactively upgraded our room type knowing we had a child with us, but my daughter seriously loved that garden, haha. The apples were also delicious, and when I asked the staff where they bought them, they kindly brought me three more. Truly excellent and thoughtful service!

Nice, peaceful, easy to get to, clean. A little old, but that's okay. The staff are polite and well-mannered.

The room was great, the soundproofing was very good, the hygiene was very clean, the breakfast was very good, especially the front desk brother service was great, come back next time! ! !

After looking at several hotels nearby, I finally chose this one. I feel it is really good. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean and quiet. They all use intelligent systems, which can be controlled by voice, saving the need to press buttons manually. This is the first choice for business trips!

- Room facilities: The room is clean and tidy, the layout is warm, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the room is equipped with complete facilities, such as air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, safe, etc. [Special mention of some special or extra facilities, such as smart toilets, jacuzzis, etc.], to meet various needs. - Public facilities: The hotel has a gym, swimming pool, hot spring and other public facilities and is well maintained to relax in your leisure time. In addition, the hotel also provides free parking to solve the parking problem for self-driving guests. Quality of service: - Front desk service: The front desk staff is warm and friendly, check-in and check-out procedures are efficient and fast, and they will also take the initiative to introduce the hotel's various services and surrounding travel information, which makes people feel very intimate. - Room service: The room attendant cleans the room in a timely and meticulous manner, and can replenish the items in the room in time. When there is special needs, it can respond quickly and solve problems. - Food and beverage services: The hotel has a wide variety of breakfasts, with a variety of Chinese and Western cuisines to choose from, and the taste is very good. Other catering services can also provide a variety of dishes to meet the taste needs of different guests.

The hotel's facilities were indeed excellent—the rooms were spacious and bright, the bedding was just the right firmness, and amenities like the smart toilet were all provided. However, the service was so disappointing that I wanted to complain. The training was inadequate, and management was lacking! The receptionist was indifferent upon check-in. The next day, I didn't have my room cleaned, and she was extremely impatient when I asked for water, saying that according to regulations, I could only have two bottles, and that she only gave me two because I hadn't had my room cleaned. For a 4-star hotel, the service was 1-star. I paid to stay in a hotel not to be treated with bad attitudes. I don't need smiling faces, at least don't be rude! Furthermore, the public hygiene was terrible; the elevator was covered in stains. And let me complain about the breakfast. It seemed to be outsourced. It wasn't good, fine, but they stared at me while I was getting the food, and they talked loudly on their phones next to me while I ate. It was unbearable. It was worse than a guesthouse. I will never stay here again. They were also reluctant to serve me self-service coffee. I paid money, I'm not begging. They really need to train me properly. On the positive side, the complimentary yogurt was quite good.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is that you can walk to the north gate of Kunming Botanical Garden West Park. The traffic is very convenient. Booked a big bed room, the bedding is also very comfortable. Toothpaste and toothbrush are also OK, but shampoo and shower gel are more general. There are many tables and chairs in the room, which is convenient for putting things. The size of the bath water is also OK. Sound insulation is generally done. The curtains are very shading and the air conditioning effect is good. Breakfast is on the 5th floor terrace, the view is good, but there are not many types of breakfast.

A very nice hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the facilities were all quite new. It's conveniently located near Beichen subway station. The rooms were well soundproofed. The view from the window was very nice, and there's a small park downstairs. The security facilities were very comprehensive, making me feel very safe.

Clean, tidy, complete facilities, and a very favorable price. In particular, the waiter's attitude is very good and responsive. It is really worth recommending. The environment is also very good. There is basically no noise at night and it is a good sleep.
