We were there during a hot time of the year and we could not get the temperature in the room to be cool. My wife has a medical condition which keeps her from cooling off easily. We really needed cool air. We asked two or three times for people to help us and they would come up and ask us to wait and then not help us. We ended up going to a localShop and buying electric fans for the room. We didn’t sleep well the entire trip because of the heat. We could not even open the window because we did not have a window in our room. I think that if you are going to have windowless rooms you should have a good ventilation. Breakfast was OK but not great. After trying it the first day my son and I did not even want to go down and have breakfast in the morning. Eating in the restaurant is not worth the money at this hotel. Overall we had a good stay. The swimming pool was very cold, that was refreshing! My son and wife and I all enjoyed the swimming pool.

Definitely the nicest hotel in Baotou. Great location near good restaurants and very easy to get a taxi if you want to go further. Service was very help and breakfast had great Chinese and Western options. Even during Spring Festival everything was very clean and service was attentive. Will definitely stay again!
