I had 4 lovely nights at this small hotel. The hotel is modern and very clean with great facilities for food and drinks It is self catering and is set in a very quiet and safe residential area .There is a vibrant shopping area very close by with lots of useful shops , supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. There is a Lidl close by and an Aldi a bit further away. Also not far from the Metro The owner of the hotel is very friendly and we had lots of useful tips off him. He speaks English which is a bonus.

The hotel offers a self catering option in a block of apartments opposite its entrance. We stayed in Apt 600 which was able to sleep 6. The apartment was slightly disappointing in as much as it was quite grubby and there was little thought given to fundamental things like proper mugs, 2 pillows not 1, bath sheets as opposed to rather small bath towels and minor irritations like there being no extractor fan in the kitchen or a safe for valuables. We had to buy basics like j cloths, washing up liquid and kitchen roll, it felt well used and in need of an update, we all agreed that it was ok for a week but you’d be pushing it to spend longer there. It needs a deep clean and the decor is badly in need of updating. On the plus side, there’s a nice supermarket nearby and plenty of nice bars and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful and Barcelona is well worth a visit. There is no balcony or outside space, but there are lots of places to sit outside, which most people seem to do. We would go back to Barcelona but would look for somewhere nearer to the beach next time.

Hotel location is quite good, next to the mall ~ 5 minutes from the L1 subway, 12 minutes from the L5 subway, there are places to eat around, there is a small supermarket ~ of course you need to stroll on the way to the subway. The room is not big ~ very clean ~ cost is quite high ~ 5 stations from Sagrada Familia ~

The experience in general it’s okay. We have some problems with the water at the bathrooms and they fixed it very quickly. The kitchen it’s too close and they don’t have many tools so it’s hard to try to cook. You have to know that location it’s too far of main attractions of the city but at least you have a bus stop really close of the hostel. In general it’s like 3.5/5

I had made a reservation and paid in full, but The hotel kept telling me until I tried to go in that evening. Nothing, really no link was sent. In my email box, there was only a reservation confirmation receipt sent to me from Trip.com. I did not receive a link to check in online or pay taxes. They didn't even give me the 4-digit password for the keypad at the entrance to the hotel lobby. I'm not good at English and I'm calling with a bad connection while the battery is at 6%. I asked for the entrance password, but the staff member first asked for my email address, so I had to call my email address one by one. Does the email not appear when you search for the person who made the reservation? It was frustrating z - like zebra, o- like orange, n- like nueve... After calling like this 3 times, I received an online check-in link, but my reservation was still under review and I couldn't find my room. I kept making phone calls while charging in the first floor lobby of the hotel to find out my room. But the employees always said the same thing. “It will be in the link you received” Hey.. I didn't receive any link.. After numerous phone calls, a staff member who could barely understand me sent me a link and I found the room. But a problem occurred again haha;;😤 Enter the 8-digit password digit code on the room entrance keypad. I don't know. Haha, really, even when I went to the link sent by the employee that I went through a lot of trouble to obtain, I couldn't find out anything, and only what came out kept coming out. And finally my reservation is still Your checked-in is being reviewed I found out the password thanks to the employee who solved the error message. I wanted to solve it as calmly as possible, but the tears kept coming. Spaniards and tourists staying on the floor I was on came out and looked at me. There were also Spanish women who were really worried about me. I really wanted to have dinner and see the sights on my first night in Barcelona. This crazy hotel completely ruined my first evening because they didn't confirm my reservation quickly enough and didn't give me the link. I went to sleep feeling the worst. I made over 20 calls with poor connection over 3 hours. Every time I called, someone else would answer, so I had to keep repeating what I was saying. Unmanned hotels are the worst for foreigners traveling alone. Also, you cannot store your luggage briefly before check-in or after check-out.
