We chose Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing for our last night in Beijing. As soon as we entered the hotel, we felt the warm reception of the staff. They accompanied us to the room, introduced us to the hotel's facilities and gave us some gifts, which made me feel In the strong Spring Festival atmosphere, we tasted fruits and desserts and then went to the restaurant to enjoy the set meal provided by the hotel. It was by no means a perfunctory free snack, but a full table. The taste was also very delicious. My husband and I came here in the evening The long-awaited bar was also very delicious. Later we had a great time and ordered several special cocktails. Every service staff here was full of enthusiasm. Finally, special thanks to Alex, Nana and Lenny. The warm reception and the souvenirs given to us were really attentive. In the future, I will still choose Mandarin Oriental as my first choice. Amazing. Highly recommend. Great value for the size, 4 times the size of a regular hotel room. Would def rebook and stay at this Marriott in Beijing in the future. Fully equipped amenities and full kitchen. Housekeeping everyday and helped wash the dishes and offered to wash clothing, even though the suite has a washing machine, dish washing machine, stainless steel pots, etc. Only 3 mins walking distance to one of the best high-end malls, Wangfu Central 王府中環. My mother just had a hip-replacement surgery and has trouble walking in the snow or long distances, so location to everything was prime importance, this hotel was only 5-6 min walk to all the essential banks we needed to visit. Also, was hoping to take her to a few hot springs to relieve numbness and pain in her legs, but the bath tub in the spacious bathroom was so huge and comfortable we often stayed in to take turns soaking in the tub instead of going to the hot springs. Also, they had an indoor temperature controlled swimming pool, so we went swimming every other day, and used their gym. The swimming pool was empty and had 3 life guards guarding the swimming. All I can say is this apartment hotel is one of the best you can book in Beijing.

The old hotel is stable and domineering, not to mention the location. When I walked out of the guest room elevator, I saw the photos of the chairman, prime minister and CEO waiting in the hotel in the corridor. This hotel is very clean and well Managed. I had no issues from beginning to end. The only thing was room service did not bring cutlery with my meal. But everything els was 1000%. Great Hotel! Will certainly be back. The only complaint I have is with the details of my package. This was very misleading and not accurate at all. This amazing package was actually just club access and had no special value.

The guest house of the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China is basically used by people on business trips. The overall quality is high. Only one night during my three-day stay there was an aunt next door who kept calling at midnight. Other than that, there was no sound that affected my sleep. , very friendly for people with sleep disorders. The hotel is in a good location. It is a five-minute walk to Tiananmen Square. The breakfast is rich, including Chaos noodles pancakes and buffet. The most important thing is that it is very clean. There are armed police and special police on duty 24 hours at the door, and thieves have to go around. Walking around, the facilities are average, and the TV has snowflakes, but these are not important. When I come to Beijing, I just walk around during the day and sleep at night. I will stay here again next time I come to Beijing.

First, I would say the location is wonderful.It's only fifteen mins of walking to the Forbidden City. However, I might not choose this hotel.The worst Manxin I had stayed. U can find other cheap hotels nearby. While I was checked in, the frontdesk asked me for paying upgrade. After I refused, he became impatient.He even didn't tell me hotel facilities. In hotel, You can smell smoke in hotel corridor.And I found a cigarette butt on lifting lobby. That means the hotel don't have a well management. The last thing I would like to complain is efficiency. My booking didn't include meal.Sometimes I ordered food delivery myself. The delivery didn't pass to me after it had been arrived 20 mins. I called to frontdesk. They just said they were busy at that moment. Would give it to me later. About 15 mins waiting, I decided to take the delivery myself. They put it on a easy take way, and didn't check wtih my room number or my identity.That means others can take my delivery easily.These happened three times. Because of this bad experience, I cannot trust Manxin anymore.

The room shown in the ctrip app was completely different from the one we got, because it DIDNT HAVE A WINDOW!!! It was a bit challenging to communicate with staff, first of all they didn't speak English and the staff kept saying that our room was the best one in the hotel... but we only wanted a room with a window, then she talked to the manager, whom refused to come to talk to us... and then the staff said that she could offer the breakfast to compensate... again, we just wanted a room with window! Well, we had to get down to the lobby (the reception and the lobby are located in different levels) and explain to the manager, so she promised that tomorrow we could have a room with window. So in the end, we got the room with a window, but without the deduction of the room price or the breakfast. Besides all this trouble, the location is amazing!
