The facilities are perfect, the service quality is good, the laundry room is clean and tidy and convenient to use, the bathroom is dry and wet separation design is reasonable, the bedding is clean, the air conditioning is easy to use, the shower hot water is fast, the high-rise windows are safe and well equipped, the window view is beautiful, the sound insulation is very good, the elevator is swiped and the card is used, and the safety is guaranteed. The room has no smell and the corridor has no smell.

I chose this hotel when I went to Saihu. The breakfast was rich. However, there was no microwave, which I hope would be improved to meet guest needs. I stayed there for two nights. Although this hotel is not in the city center, it was still quiet. Overall, I was quite satisfied. There was no luggage cart, and no one in the lobby to help with luggage. It is not convenient for the elderly.
