The front desk and Trip.com concierge were warm and thoughtful, proactively helping with our luggage. The complimentary fruit platter was of high quality. Both the first and second floors of the LOFT were equipped with toilets, which was convenient for guests staying on the second floor. The room facilities were complete, and there was a balcony on the first floor where we could enjoy the sunset. The room initially only came with two towels and two bath towels. Although we called the front desk and had two more sets delivered later, it would be better for a quadruple room to be fully equipped from the start.

Nice hotel, clean, great breakfast, many varieties of breakfast, good service, intimate front desk, clean and tidy room, new decoration, big bed room, actually given the parent-child room, also with a small bed.

The room is good value for money this season, it is recommended to stay, the room is clean and tidy, the mattress pillows are very comfortable, the location is not big, the location is not bad, there are breakfast and shops at the door, the parking lot is large and free parking

This is the guesthouse I booked when I went to Sayram Lake with my parents. The environment exceeded my expectations, and my parents were very satisfied. The location was easy to find, parking was convenient, and there were guesthouses all around. I was also quite lucky; we even caught a party event in the square next door, with thousands of people having a bonfire and dancing – it was so much fun! We booked a triple room, with each person having their own bed, and the beds were very comfortable. The owner and the receptionist were very friendly and even helped with our luggage – thumbs up! 👍 After comparing several places, I think this one was great value for money! Unfortunately, we got back too late yesterday and just video chatted with my friends, so I didn't take any pictures.

This time, when I visited Sayram Lake, I chose this hotel, and the overall check-in experience exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was good, so it was very quiet at night. The bathroom facilities were in good condition, and the hot water was stable. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to see the lake views right outside, and it offers great value for money. When I had questions, the front desk was quick to respond, and the staff were friendly. Overall, I was very satisfied and will choose to stay here again next time I visit Sayram Lake. I highly recommend it to friends traveling to the area!

I booked a pet-friendly hotel on Ctrip for my ski trip to Sayram. It's located in the heart of the town's main street, right across from a car charging station, and there's a convenience store and a convenience store downstairs – super convenient! It wasn't crowded during the off-season, so the price was very attractive, and it even included breakfast for two. They upgraded my room for free, and the decor and cleanliness were top-notch. The owners, all from Chongqing and Sichuan, were very welcoming. The grilled sausages for breakfast were delicious, and you can even bring your dog – they were all full! The best part was meeting the owners while I was taking photos at the ski resort during the day. Sayram Lake is definitely worth visiting in winter, especially for skiers. I highly recommend this hotel/guesthouse.

Very close to the Sailimu Lake Scenic Area, there are many shops around, it is very convenient to eat and drink snacks, especially there is a Kudi coffee downstairs. The boss is very good, will send us to the visitor center, will come to pick us up after playing, is a seven-seater business car, sitting very comfortable, family travel is enough to sit

My friends and I came to Sayram Lake for a road trip, and we randomly picked this hotel near the lake, which turned out to be a surprisingly good experience. The room was thoroughly clean and hygienic, with no strange odors. The bedding was neat and comfortable, and all the basic amenities were complete and worked well. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and efficient with check-in. They patiently answered all our questions and responded to our requests very promptly. The hotel's location is very close to the scenic area, making it convenient for getting around and sightseeing. Overall, it was a comfortable and reassuring stay. This is a blind pick that won't disappoint! I'll definitely prioritize this hotel again next time I visit Sayram Lake, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

I was traveling with my parents, and I specifically asked for a quiet room. However, we were placed next to a room where people played mahjong all night, and my elderly parents barely got any sleep. I thought the room was 40 square meters, but it turned out to be 40 square meters spread across two floors (a duplex), and the owner told me it was 'usable area,' not 'room area.' This is the first time I've ever heard of a hotel listing 'usable area' – I'm speechless! On the positive side, the staff's attitude was quite good, and the hotel is very close to the scenic area with lots of snacks nearby. We checked out a bit late after exploring, and they even extended our checkout time for free, which was nice. It's also very close to Sayram Lake, making it super convenient for watching the sunrise.

The hotel is fantastic, and the location is superb, very easy to find, close to the entrance of Sayram Lake. The staff are very welcoming, the rooms are exceptionally clean, and it's incredibly quiet at night. You can even catch the sunrise if you wake up early! The breakfast is plentiful. Highly recommended!!!
