__WeChat60001****The experience of staying at this hotel truly exceeded my expectations! When we arrived at the hotel, we were at an impasse with a driver over a ridiculously high price for a private taxi. Hotel staff noticed this and proactively came out to help us with our luggage. After understanding the situation, they not only told us the local market price but also offered helpful advice and even accompanied us to call the police. Ultimately, this resolved the issue safely and amicably for us, who were feeling helpless in a foreign land. We avoided being scammed out of 2400 yuan for a private car! With the police's mediation, we only ended up paying for the airport pick-up and lake tour for that day!
Even more thoughtfully, the staff, knowing we were struggling with transportation, offered to lend us their private vehicle for the lake tour and helped us find shared rides to Yining Airport, making our entire trip incredibly hassle-free and allowing us to enjoy the journey at a low cost.
Speaking of the hotel's scenery, around 2 or 3 a.m., the night sky after the snowstorm was breathtaking. The countless stars shone like scattered diamonds, and taking photos felt like being immersed in a sea of stars. I still remember the awe and emotion I felt. Leaving at noon the next day was truly bittersweet. We took one last photo near the campsite with the beautiful scenery of Sayram Lake as a memento. This hotel added so many warm memories to this trip!

The little brother at the front desk arranged very well. Help with the suitcase, the accommodation experience is very good, There is geothermal heat in the room, warm, and the bed is very comfortable. I wanted to live in the scenic spot for a day, but considering the comfort, I came back to live for another day. Two days are very good, and the price is also very advantageous compared to other things.

GGuest UserI highly recommend this space capsule for girls! The cabin is spotless, and the quality is evident in every detail, so even people with a mysophobia can feel at ease staying here. Laundry rooms, dryers and other equipment are all available, making it easy to solve the problem of washing clothes during travel. From the warm and professional reception at the front desk to the thoughtful and considerate service, everything makes people feel warm. Whether it is a stopover during travel or a temporary stay, it is an excellent choice!

MM37013****The hotel is outside the scenic area, but it offers views of Sai Lake. The young man at the front desk helped me open a blind box and turned it into a lakeside cabin, and even provided breakfast. To make matters worse, the weather was perfect – I got to see both the stars and the sunrise! Thank you ❤️ (The sunrise was on the mountain to the left of the hotel). The room had heating, air conditioning, and a humidifier, making it perfect for autumn and winter. The breakfast was a very generous Chinese-style meal! After breakfast, you can go hiking in the pine forest.

The homestay is very big overall! The decoration is also good, the room is very clean, good, good, will come again next time.
