"The city of Bole is a pleasant surprise and I am quite satisfied with it. The front desk staff provided excellent service and helped us upgrade the room type. It was very comfortable and cozy as soon as we entered. The decoration was also very unique. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, which was not a problem for two people. It was a good deal when I booked it, about 130, which was very cost-effective in the off-season. The sleep was also very comfortable, and the bedding was very skin-friendly and did not cause allergies. The sound insulation was OK, not too noisy, which was good."

"On September 26, 2025, my husband and I drove from Tangshan City, Hebei Province to Xinjiang to Sailimu Lake and checked into this hotel. It was beyond my expectation. The hotel facilities were advanced, with smart toilets, smart curtains, and very good hygiene. There were no dead corners. We stayed in 15 or 16 hotels along the way, but only this one had a body scale. It was so thoughtful to be able to weigh ourselves. It was really comfortable to stay here. I took a photo of the hotel before checking out."

"Just left Hotel Bokerun and I'm still dreaming about that amazing king-size bed in Vienna. It was so comfortable! Next time I'm passing through, I'm definitely staying in Vienna again. It's a new hotel, clean and hygienic, with convenient parking. The best part is that it's located right in the city center but still super quiet. Everything is easily accessible from there. Highly recommend everyone to check it out! I just completely forgot to take any photos."

"Avoid this Atour at all costs! Their twin room is on the top floor, and they didn't warn us about any strange noises before check-in. At night, we discovered a continuous humming sound. We were told it was due to the hot water pump on the roof, which makes noise whenever someone uses water! When we called the front desk, their solution was to offer eye masks. Later, they suggested we switch rooms at midnight! I've stayed at Atour hotels in other cities and have never experienced such terrible service!!!"

"This hotel is conveniently located near the east gate of Sailimu Lake scenic area, making it ideal for self-driving travelers. It's just 2 kilometers from the Sailimu Lake East Gate Tourist Center. The hotel is very new, and both the facilities and service are excellent. The complimentary afternoon tea was a wonderful touch, and the terrace offers beautiful views with charming ethnic-themed decor."

"I arrived late at night and slept well the next morning around 10 AM. The shower water temperature was okay. It's not fully renovated yet; it's probably in trial operation. The landscaping is still under construction, and there are no signs or other signage. The rooms are small, but the yard is large. There were particles in the water from the sink faucet; I've already reported this to the front desk. I hope the hotel will investigate and clean the pipes and equipment as soon as possible. "The room was clean and the facilities were new, plus there's a large parking lot, which was great. However, the breakfast selection wasn't very diverse, quite a difference compared to what you'd find at an Atour hotel. Also, the storefronts downstairs are under renovation, so it was a bit noisy in the mornings. When checking in at night, the front desk asked us to scan the hotel's QR code and then exit once we reached the coupon page, which felt like a push for promotion and wasn't a great experience. Guests will naturally promote a good hotel; I hope they consider removing this step in the future."

The hotel's front desk manager, a man, was incredibly patient with the children. As soon as we checked in, he gave them local specialty snacks, and in the evening, he even sent fruit to the kids – so incredibly thoughtful! The hotel environment was clean and hygienic, and the loft room facilities were very family-friendly for groups. You can really tell that the hotel considers families with children in every detail, which made our trip with the kids much easier. We will definitely choose this place again next time!"
