The shower is still that old water heater. You have to wait for half an hour before you can take a shower. I suggest friends who are going to Sailimu Lake to book a chain hotel."

"My stay at the City Hotel in Sayram Lake far exceeded my expectations this time! The hotel's scenery is definitely top-tier within Sayram Lake. The top floor offers lake views, and they even kindly upgraded us to a lake-view room upon check-in. Opening the window, we were directly facing Sayram Lake – the view was absolutely stunning. I must especially praise the hotel restaurant; it completely shattered my preconceptions about hotels in scenic areas! From afternoon tea and breakfast all the way to late-night snacks, every meal was prepared with great care, without any shortcuts. After coming back from exploring the lake, with strong winds blowing outside, the hotel also provided all-day beverages, a truly thoughtful detail. The small details in the room's decor were also incredibly touching. Many thoughtful designs are rarely seen even in the numerous star-rated hotels I've stayed in. The bathroom was equipped with disinfectant wipes, and the washbasin even had a countertop trash organizer, which is very female-friendly. Special thanks to the front desk lady for her warm service! Staying here made visiting Sayram Lake incredibly convenient. My child said they had never experienced such good service at a hotel. Overall, it was great value for money, and I will definitely choose this place again next time I visit Sayram Lake."

Massage services were also available, a thoughtful touch for relaxation after a tiring day of sightseeing. ✅Service: The front desk staff were friendly and responsive, making it easy to extend my stay, inquire about check-out, and more. ✅Transportation: Free parking was available, making it very convenient for those driving. When checking in at night, the front desk asked us to scan the hotel's QR code and then exit once we reached the coupon page, which felt like a push for promotion and wasn't a great experience. Guests will naturally promote a good hotel; I hope they consider removing this step in the future."

Someone swiped their card and barged in at 8 AM, knowing they'd entered the wrong room, and still peeked into the bed… The hotel reception only offered a silent apology; the person who barged in didn't apologize at all. Management is terrible, and parking in front is a huge problem. Also, a reminder to Global Pass users: using the free room upgrade benefit only makes the room slightly bigger."

"The campsite is located just outside the east gate of Sayram Lake scenic area. It features a creative set of 'contemporary yurts.' What was surprising was not only the air conditioning but also the underfloor heating, which is absolutely essential in an area with such extreme temperature fluctuations throughout the day. Breakfast was very rich and delicious. After a day of exploring the lake, you can have dinner at the restaurant in the evening. It's very stylish and has an exotic feel; there are so many photogenic angles – perfect for taking pictures! The front desk and customer service were very welcoming. The guest rooms are uniquely decorated and even have a fireplace-like humidifier! I highly recommend the foot massage at the hotel – the technique is amazing! Even better than professional foot massage parlors outside, I definitely wanted to extend my session! In the evening, I had a cocktail mixed by a handsome Xinjiang guy at the second-floor restaurant – a must-have for de-stressing after a long day of driving! In short, the hotel's design and services perfectly complemented my trip to Sayram Lake – perfect!"
