AAnonymous UserChoosing Tianquan Hotel was a pleasant surprise! I was a little apprehensive before booking, as some people said it was a bit far, but after checking it out myself, it's not far at all—just a five-minute drive to the visitor center. You can watch the sunrise and sunset, and I even saw a wild fox outside the hotel! During the day, you can also see Sayram Lake from your room. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. There aren't many restaurants nearby, so you need to drive five minutes to the town, but you need to call ahead to reserve dinner at the hotel; the food is excellent and great value. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, even carrying our luggage to our room. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserI booked a standard room and we pushed two beds together to make a super big double room! The room was clean, and the security guards and front desk staff were very welcoming, recommending places to eat and play. There are many snacks downstairs, which is very convenient. I often stay at Jinjiang hotels when I travel because the service is always excellent. The security guard helped us with our luggage as soon as we entered, which warmed my heart. This is also why I trust Jinjiang hotels!
Facilities: Fully equipped. The gym is right next to the laundry room, which is very convenient.
Cleanliness: Newly opened hotel, very clean.
Environment: Located in a small commercial area, very close to the train station, with many snacks downstairs.

The service is attentive, responsive, and efficient. They also offer free car washes now, making the return trip super convenient. The breakfast is plentiful, with fresh ingredients and a wide variety of flavors to suit every taste. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time and have already recommended it to friends!

It met my expectations, with dry and wet areas separated and very clean. The front desk girl was very friendly and provided directions to nearby night markets. When I checked out, the manager asked about my stay and gave me suggestions for going to Sailimu Lake, which was very helpful. It was a very good stay and I would choose this store again next time.

GGuest UserThe room was large and clean. Finally, a family of four could talk together. The quality of the bedding and towels was very good and I slept very comfortably at night. The bathroom is oversized and hot water is sufficient. There is actually a private oversized sauna, which must be very comfortable in winter. Breakfast is average and you can eat enough. Hotel location is good, there is a big supermarket after a while, you can buy all kinds of supplies. It is also very close to Sailimu Lake, very cost-effective

The business may think that guests generally don't have many charging devices. There is no charging device on the table, only one under the table; there is only one on the side of the bed. The business considerately considers that the guests need to go to bed early after a day of playing. Second, the underground parking lot is like post-war Iraq, with few lights. The hotel does not have breakfast, but the 24-hour beef noodle restaurant on the corner has a unique pickled cabbage noodles.
Hygiene: The basic hygiene of the hotel is OK
Environment: The hotel is in the center of Bole City, and the surrounding facilities are complete. Bole Municipal Inves**ent is huge, and it is built like a tourist city, clean and tidy.
Service: As an economy hotel, the service response is in place. The air conditioner in the room I just checked in was broken, and I was immediately changed to another room. But I asked the floor attendant for a toothpick and was told that there was none 😂

Xiao Ku at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. When we were going to eat in the evening, he recommended a restaurant to us. The hotel also has a laundry room, which I didn't know how to use, but Xiao Ku came to help us and answered every question. I give them a thumbs up*
