I was a little apprehensive before booking, as some people said it was a bit far, but after checking it out myself, it's not far at all—just a five-minute drive to the visitor center. You can watch the sunrise and sunset, and I even saw a wild fox outside the hotel! During the day, you can also see Sayram Lake from your room. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. There aren't many restaurants nearby, so you need to drive five minutes to the town, but you need to call ahead to reserve dinner at the hotel; the food is excellent and great value. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, even carrying our luggage to our room. Highly recommended!

The design of the quiet wind makes people instantly away from the hustle and bustle, relaxing physically and mentally, every layout in the room is full of care, and the quality of bedding and toiletries is superb. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the Saihu scenic spot, and avoiding the crowdedness of the scenic spot, quiet in the middle of noisy. The heating and hot water are super powerful. After a day of playing in Saihu, it is super comfortable to take a hot bath. The staff is warm and thoughtful, check-in and check-out are super efficient, and they can also provide scenic pick-up and drop-off guidelines. There is no slot in the whole process, and the experience is directly full!

GGuest UserThe hotel lobby has a lounge area, and the room was provided with welcome yogurt. The room was quite large, with a view of the snow-capped mountains. The hotel has a wake-up service. Xiao Ku at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. When we were going to eat in the evening, he recommended a restaurant to us. The hotel also has a laundry room, which I didn't know how to use, but Xiao Ku came to help us and answered every question. I give them a thumbs up*

The scent was soothingly orange from start to finish; the toiletries smelled fresh and pleasant, leaving a gentle fruity fragrance after showering. Let’s talk about hygiene first. As soon as you enter the room, you feel very fresh and clean. There were no stains on the bed, the pillows and quilts smelled good, there were no water stains or odors in the bathroom, and the toiletries were neatly placed. Even the corners are kept spotless, and you can tell that real effort has been put into it.
Let’s talk about the service, it’s really too good to say anything about. The staff at the front desk were very enthusiastic and efficient when checking in. They also introduced me to the surrounding food and attractions thoughtfully. Once there was a small problem with the lights in my room, so I called customer service. The maintenance staff came shortly after. They were very kind and fixed it quickly. When I meet the staff in the corridor, they will greet me with a smile, which makes me feel very good.

The carpet in the small problem room is a bit... But Mira's parents and children came to apologize to us and sent a few more bottles of water. And I took a photo with her when I left. The room is very clean, the meal is very convenient, the environment is super warm and comfortable, the photo is very good~ the housekeeper is also good, the room is the same as the picture, the decoration style is simple and elegant, the facilities are beautifully arranged, there is a commercial street when you go out, and you sleep well all night. I will choose this hotel next time!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's exterior looks great, and the front desk even thoughtfully upgraded my room. They said they'd move me to their main building, which I was initially happy about. But it turned out to be worse than not upgrading at all. After showering, it was freezing. Why? Because the water was cold. Then I tried to turn on the air conditioning but couldn't find the remote. When I asked the front desk, they said it's centrally controlled and they adjust the temperature... Also, the hygiene wasn't good. When I went to take a shower, the entire bathroom wall was covered with scattered long hairs stuck to it... Luckily, I only stayed one night and left early the next morning. The breakfast, however, was good.
