The hotel is right next to the subway station, which is super convenient for transportation. It's also only about a 15-minute walk to the old town. Within a 5-minute walk, there's a KFC, McDonald's, and various supermarkets. We arrived around 8:00 AM and the front desk agent immediately checked us in, which was very thoughtful. The Asian lady at the front desk was extremely nice! The view from the window was also fantastic. However, since the room faced the street, there was a bit of noise. Overall, it's still highly recommended.

Overall, my stay was quite good. Let's start with the pros: The hotel's location is excellent, just about a 15-minute walk directly from the train station. It's surrounded by many attractions, and shopping and dining are incredibly convenient – there are numerous restaurants and shops right downstairs. The bed in the room was just the right firmness, and although the space wasn't huge, the layout was well-designed, making for a very comfortable stay. The soundproofing was also ideal, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The only downside was the elevator efficiency. During peak hours (especially in the evening), you might have to wait for more than 5 minutes, which can be a bit troublesome if you're in a hurry. My advice is to avoid using it during busy times or allow for extra buffer time.

Stayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.

So close but not so far from the old town or maybe the attractions which is good, if you’re staying inside around the grand palace, it may get noisy so this place is really in a good place so location is very strategic 😘 From the train station (Midi Station), 2 stops away and you can walk to the hotel easily 🫶🏻 This hotel is kinda old so it gives off the old vibes but you got what you need and breakfast is good 😄 everybody is so welcoming ~ if you’re in a budget and still want a good hotel to stay, here is the place 👍🏻 thank you 🫰🏻

The location was fantastic! There was an airport bus stop nearby, and we could walk to the train station to visit Bruges, Ghent, and Antwerp. The hotel has two buildings, #1 and #2. Building #1 seemed to be the original, but we stayed in #2, and it wasn't the best environment. The rooms were packed closely together, the hallway had an unpleasant smell, and it was noisy outside the window. There was no refrigerator, and it was a hassle having to ring a bell to get the hotel's glass door opened every time we wanted to enter or leave. However, for the price, it was comfortable and safe, so we're grateful for that!

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, inside a shopping complex, making it very easy to get around. There is also a designated Uber pick-up and drop-off point, which is very convenient. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. As a pleasant surprise, I met a Thai staff member working at the reception desk, which made me feel very welcome. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. One highlight was the bathroom amenities from Rituals, which were of excellent quality and added a luxurious touch to the stay. The breakfast, however, could be improved. The selection was somewhat limited, and the dining area felt a bit too small, especially during busy hours. Very very good hotel, the software and hardware are not worse than the magnificent, especially the service staff is particularly well trained, warm and thoughtful, too few breakfast categories do not affect the possibility of choosing again. Also, the hair dryer is not easy to use, you can bring it yourself.

This was the cutest and coziest hotel I have ever stayed in! The room is tiny & the shower is right in the middle of the room with clear glass, but since it was just me and my partner that was not an issue. The toilet is in its own private room. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful & kind during our stay. It does get quite loud at night as the hotel stands right above a busy street w/ bars & restaurants, but that did not bother me whatsoever. The location was perfect as it’s a quick walk to every spot in Brussels essentially. If I ever return to Brussels I will be sure to book at this hotel again, it was truly the best hotel I’ve stayed in. HIGHLY recommend.

We always stay at this hotel, and as usual, the property is very pleasant, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff is particularly professional, welcoming, and attentive. We sincerely thank the reception staff for their responsiveness and quality service. It's this professionalism that will make us want to return.

Location is superb. Reasonable price with arrival day cancellation term which is a big help for us. Clean & comfortable room which allowed us good sleep so that we have good energy to tour around the beautiful city.
