Location of the hotel is quite cool. Also you can runaway deom the crowd Bursa city and all the noise.Rooms are ok , Not so clean though. Shouldnt be so hard to clean the toilet seat cover, and become a bit hygenic.staffs are ok. I dont have much expectation from breakfast but come on you cant use same vegetables everyday!They are exteremly faded, And no one eats it!

17/02/2024 tarihinde danışmada ki şahıs bir site üzerinde ki fiyat ilanını gösterip alabiliyor muyuz diye teyit ettirdikten sonra, 2550 tl ye odayı satın aldım.. Sonra ne olduysa. o fiyata olamaz, böyle bir siteden haberim yok, nasıl böyle fiyat verilebilir, en uygun fiyat 3100 tl deyip müdürümle görüşeyim deyip yalandan bizi hiç bir şey yapmayarak 2 saat danışmada oturtmuştur. Gördüğüm en kalitesiz çalışanlar ve oteldir. 10'larca kez kaldığım halde 01-01-2022 aynı muameleye maruz kalmış. kız arkadaşımla gittiğim de site üzerinden tek yataklı oda rezerve ettirdiğim halde kasıtlı olarak 2 ayrı yataklı oda verilmişti. Çalışanları berbat, ilgisiz, bağnaz, cahil ve hak etmediğiniz muamelelerle size davranış göstermektedir. Bilginize uzak durun 10 üzerinden -5

Şehir manzarasına sahip odaları dışında hiçbir şeyi iyi değil. Yolu çok tepede, virajlı, otel aşırı eski ve pis, çarşaflar değişmemişti, oda içindeki masa kırıktı, lobi aşırı kirliydi. Türk kahvesine 45. TL yazmışlardı ve aşırı kötüydü. Böyle bir otele bu fiyat çok pahalı.

Uludağdan inerken aracımızın zincirini çıkarmak için bu otele yakın bir yerde durduk ve aracımız bozuldu yol yardımı çağırdık o sırada 2 çocuğum üşümesin diye bu otele sığınmak istedik önce tabi buyrun dediler 5 dakika sonra sonderece rahatsız bir tavırla resepsiyondan seslenerek konaklama yapacakmısınız diye ukala bir sesleniş duydum ben hayatımda böyle rezalet bir tavır görmedim gözümün içine bakarak otelin müdürüne olayı yanlı şekilde anlatırken Otel müdürü beyefendi sadece durdu insanlıktan nasibini almamış bir ekip ve hizmet anlayışı kimseyi memnun edemez bence asla tercih etmeyin

Моя семья заселилась в номер с большой кроватью и раскладным диваном для детей. Сами разложили диван, одеяло и подушки нашли в шкафу. Попросили ресепшн принести постельное бельё. Принесли два пододеяльника, значительно меньше самого одеяла, наволочки и простынь не принесли. Пришло самой застилать детям постель не подходящим постельным бельём. Так же после заселения обратилась на ресепшн, сказала, что в номере нет полотенец. Мне ответили: « есть, в шкафу» ( их там не было) . Только после повторной просьбы, наконец, принесли полотенца. Люстра - не горит, бра - не горит, лампа над туалетным столиком - тоже не горит.
