Beach Hotels in Can Pastilla

Very good all round hotel. All areas clean & tidy, good selection of food available at breakfast & dinner. Lunches available in bar area & outside pool seating area, reasonable selection of food choices. Wide selection of wines available. Room was very clean & tidy and cleaned daily, nice balcony overlooking sea & pool area. Entertainment on 3 of the nights we stayed and was of a good standard. Good location only a short walk into C'an pastilla, bus stop right outside hotel with regular very cheap service to either Palma or Arenal Would recommend.

This was our third stay at Apolo . Unfortunately our stay was cut short by a day due to the French ATC strike . We had EJ flights and there were no flights available back to Bristol for 4 days, we managed to get flights with BA back to Heathrow the day before the strike began, which did make our holiday quite costly. We enjoyed our stay very much , the breakfast & evening meals are very good , although as a previous reviewer had said the food is not always very hot , but a lot of choices available both for breakfast & evening dinner. We had a pool/sea view room that I had requested on the 5th floor. I also asked if we could have a kettle and it was in our room on our arrival. The rooms are not very big and storage is limited, only one drawer with hanging space above . The bathroom with a shower, which was a little small, but there was a window to open. The staff are very friendly and efficient and the hotel is kept very clean. The food in the snack bar at lunch time is also very good. We choose to stay at the hotel due to its short taxi trip €15 from the airport and our previous holidays . If & when we return for any future holidays we would not hesitate to stay at Apolo . Bicycle holiday for one week. Nice and clean hotel and excellent breakfast and good dinner, we had a reserved table all of the time staying. Good service but a bit noisy at dinner. Bicycle storage in the basement. Super nice with sparkling wine at our last dinner.

A better hotel for half a month, clean and hygienic ~ Close to the airport, good English at the front desk, and the bus is actually very convenient ~ It would be better to book a room with full sea view ... Breakfast is a bit average ...

Quick transfer from airport and quick check in. Everything was good. The hotel is clean and up to date (not brand new but not old and tired either). Good beds/towels/cleaning staff. Small hotel and good soundproofing. Mainly couples staying and quiet at night. A few restaurants around the hotel but none worth mentioning. Good thing was that with 11 euros we could get into the centre of Palma.

The hotel was decent, nothing super special. I had booked through a third party and I booked one room, no mention of how many people I was booking for. I booked a double room that fits 2 people. When I check in, I was told that I didn’t specify 2 people in the reservation so I needed to pay more for the room (even though the room was for 2 people). I will also note there was an advertised fee to use safes at the hotel and to use an iron, they needed 10€ cash on hold to use it. The decor and finishes in the hotel were outdated but it was great being close to the beach. There was no beach access from the hotel (if there was it wasn’t outlined anywhere) so it was hard to come in from the beach sandy & wet. We were on the top floor but our ceiling was leaking from the lightbulbs in the ceiling. We put in a request to get it fixed and it was fixed the same day. The staff however were extremely kind. The morning reception group were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many options and the staff was so helpful, diligent to keep everything orderly, and nice. Manuel at the bar was so great and friendly! We loved seeing him when he was working and he made great drinks!

A really lovely Hotel set just across from a beautiful clean beach & an array of bars & restaurants, we were greeted with a glass of Cava & we were even given a glass when we were waiting for our taxi to the airport 🥂😆 Clean, stylish rooms with plenty of storage & a fabulous breakfast with everything you could want at the buffet, including freshly cooked eggs & pancakes All of the staff were welcoming & very friendly, the only negative for me was how small the pool was, but big enough to cool down in

On arrival at the hotel I quickly learnt that my bank had (without my knowledge) blocked my card on suspicion of fraudulent activity, this left me unable to pay my 2 night hotel bill and with the contemplation that I could be dossing on the beach for 2 nights! The staff on reception that evening were understanding, patient and very helpful and eventually, after a call to my bank (and trips to the local ATM) I got this sorted and off to my room. In my room I discovered that the AC wasn’t working, within 10-15 minutes this was sorted by the helpful reception team and I was given an alternate room which was bigger and again had the sea view I requested. So, after a stressful start to my mini break I soon settled in, unpacked, and went for a walk to get my bearings of the area. I wasn’t disappointed at all, the hotel has a great position just across the road from the beach and my room overlooked the harbour so very pleased with this. My only disappointment was, that as a big tea drinker, there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and that tea was only available via the restaurant at breakfast time (I was half board), I managed to overlook this though as the buffet style food which was excellent, great choice and always fresh and hot (cold with salads etc 😊), staff were very courteous and this matters more to me than not having tea! Great facilities with TV room, games room etc and a gym which I used twice during my 2 day stay, nobody else was in and it had all the equipment that I needed so very pleased with this 😊 Would I recommend the hotel – Absolutely, Would I stay again – Absolutely Plenty of bars, shops, restaurant’s within close proximity of the hotel, I would highly recommend a stay here….Enjoy!

This was our first time in Mallorca! We were very pleased that we chose AluaSoul Hotel for our 5 days! The hotel was very clean and well situated with lots of restaurants, shops and relaxation to suit your needs. The staff were amazing... Firstly, we rented a car for a day. They arranged everything for us. Plus the rental car company they use (Royal Rental) was not only the best price, their service was excellent. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and definitely left full! We chose to eat dinner twice at the hotel. They have theme nights for the menu of the buffet. This too was very tasty and not overly priced (25Epp). Each night the had live entertainment. This was hit and miss.. Not the best we've experienced. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel!!
