I stayed at this hotel on the recommendation of my friends. It really is as good as they say. Everything was great. The hotel is very well maintained and clean, the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are convenient and modern, the food was great. Especially the room service staff were very kind, helpful and smiling. Food always arrives hot and all delicious. For this reason, I ate my dinner at the hotel every day of my stay. Absolutely horrible stay! -Air conditioning did not work and room was hot and stuffy the entire stay. Windows don't open -Room was dirty -- walls and floor was filthy and scuffed up. Floor were never vacuumed. There were even finger nail clippings on the floor -Front desk staff would not allow friends staying at a near by hotel to come up and hang out for a bit before going to the next spot. As a result, we decided to hang around in the lobby and chat and then we were kicked out of the lobby! I paid money for a dirty room and for staff to treat myself and my guests poorly. It was very embarrassing!

This is honestly the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at, the rooms are dirty, the beds are filthy and the bathroom had an uncomfortable odor. The staff are rude and we were told at night that we had to switch rooms, they refused to tell us why. If you plan on communicating in English with the staff, you need to consider another hotel as they don't have the necessary language skills to communicate in English. I also wanted to make a complaint about a member of the staff for the way I was treated and he refused to give me his name. The only positive about this hotel is it's decent location, however, there are several other hotels really close by to consider and I wish that I had picked another one. A few tips for you guys that still decide to book this hotel despite all of the above is to not use the taxis in front of the hotel as they try their very best to rip you off, there are more taxis around the corner by the Casa Port train station, use those instead. If you are able to skip the hotel breakfast, you should do so, the selection is poor and the food tastes really bland, they also water down the juice. There are some nicer places to have breakfast around the corner at the Casa Port train station.

There is no better choice than this hotel. This hotel is located in the city center. It is close to many shops, restaurants, public transportation and major tourist attractions such as Muhammad V Square. The staff in the hotel are all very friendly, professional, and very welcoming and very helpful. I stayed at the dawn hotel in Casablanca for a total of 6 nights and I really highly recommend any traveler to Casablanca to choose to stay at this hotel. This hotel is really my home when I visit this city in the future.
