Me, my wife and our two young children aged 3 and 5. Rented an apartment (for 2 weeks), formally for 7 people, to have greater flexibility in times and in the composition of meals compared to a hotel and also to have a washing machine available. Two main problems: 1) tiny kitchen with a fridge the size of a hotel minibar (so a jar of sauce wouldn't fit vertically, so to speak), totally unsuitable for a family of 4... thank goodness for the apartment was for 7 people, imagine if it was for 4!; 2) washing machine available yes, but for a fee of 5 euros per wash, more expensive than a coin-operated laundry. Given these conditions, taking the apartment made no sense. Owner apparently very kind and helpful, but not always in essence: we reported a problem with a shower on the second day of our stay (no water came out due to limescale) and they sent us the plumber the day before leaving (so about two weeks after ). The plumber knocked on the door of the apartment around 2pm, when the children had just gone to sleep, I asked if he could please come back a little later in the afternoon, whereupon the gentleman very politely apologized and left. , but the owner came back to ring the bell about a quarter of an hour later to insist on letting him in, therefore waking up the children (message: tomorrow you pay and leave anyway..) Parking: there is and it isn't there, it's not true that it's reserved, there's simply a courtyard with a gravel surface where you can park (in a rather small space, with a thousand maneuvers): whoever arrives first finds a place, and if you leave the car park even just to go to do the shopping by car, on the weekend or when the flow to the apartments is greater, it is then almost impossible to find an available place. Games for children: the space in the structure is actually limited (also because there are plants everywhere, you have to slalom between the pots), but there is a kind of porch with games for children (ball pit, a table football table, a table to colour, ..) which in itself wouldn't be bad, too bad it's under a plastic awning where no air circulates and the temperature is unacceptable, even in the very late evening. Swimming pool: close to the waste bins in the street, here I don't think it's the responsibility of the structure, but every time you went to the pool you were greeted by a nice smell of rubbish... not exactly the best... Basically, we won't be returning , for sure!
