酒店位置很好，交通便利，房間很乾凈，早餐很豐富，酒店有5個餐廳，吃飯很方便，還有洗浴和健身，體驗感不錯，值得選擇！

和潤酒店是我到長春的首選，每次入住都會有驚喜和感動。這次出門帶的衣服比較多，回到房間發現，服務人員竟默默的為我準備了移動衣架，真是讓我感到意外+驚喜！和潤早餐品種豐富，還有日料、火鍋、音樂餐廳、酒吧俱樂部等多個口味餐廳可選擇用餐，不用出酒店就可以滿足味蕾需求，和潤是我不二的選擇。

酒店文化氣息濃厚，交通方便，有中餐、火鍋、日料，燒烤等多口味餐廳可供選擇。服務人員彬彬有禮、熱情周到。還有機場用車服務， 還有免費的健身中心，住這裏真有“回家”的感覺，和潤酒店是我不二的選擇。

出差臨時選了酒店，沒想到在非市中心的地段竟然有服務這麼好的酒店，辦理入住有經理引導，定了最普通的但給升了房型，貼心告知還提供提前訂車市內免費接送服務，有問題可以隨時溝通。
於是這幾天在長春的行程，大部分全都有七座帶座椅加熱的商務車，特別感謝前廳部經理李雨霏，前台服務馬士彬還有司機師傅都下班了但晚上為了接我臨時充當司機的值班人員閆坤哥。
客房環境很乾凈，細節見真章，配備了空氣凈化器，房間特別暖和，就像有地熱一樣，稍微有一些幹。書架上放了好多很有文學性的著作，客房阿姨還幫我疊了衣服洗了襪子，送了水果和酒店自製的點心，一切沒有那麼華麗，但一切都很接地氣很温馨，讓你覺得像去了親戚家，有人照顧你的衣食起居。
早餐也很豐富，有木糖醇酸奶，東北特色燉菜，好有酒店自己做的麪食，都很好吃，能看出來很用心在準備，一切樸實、充滿煙火氣。
酒店還配套了洗浴中心和健身中心，健身器械都很齊全，雖然不是特別新但都很好用，沒有損壞失修的，洗浴中心這次沒有來得及去，真的配套齊全，一站式服務，讓你在酒店裡儘量滿足所有的需求。
其實之前也住過一些市中心的高價老牌五星酒店，但真的不如和潤這麼體貼入微的服務和照顧，甚至在整個東北都很少見。以上列舉衹是部分記了姓名的服務人員，真的為和潤的服務團隊表示敬意和感謝，下次有機會一定還會光顧的，也祝酒店的各位越來越好！

前台接待很熱情，升級了房間，開心！感謝肖奕伽！套房很大很藝術，兩個衞生間，房間設計新中式風格，金可兒床墊鴨絨被子睡覺非常舒服，開心！我的大水壺落前台了馬上送上來了，感謝肖奕伽。享受了開夜床服務，五星級酒店的標準，客房主管業務能力很強，用心的工作讓人感動。早餐品種豐富，口味地道，中餐西餐都有，而且非常有東北特色，驚艷的油炸糕，椴樹蜜口味的鮮制酸奶印象深刻，開心！火鍋套餐實惠美味，調料多樣豪赤，開心！住店客人免費洗浴，搓澡搓的很細緻，開心！來長春的小夥伴趕緊沖吧！
