第一次來常德這個城市，讓我一整個愛住了。
最讓我滿意的就是住宿了，在網上看了好幾家後選擇了花之築，我敢説這是我最滿意的一次入住體驗了。
首先就是住宿環境，乾淨，簡約，温馨，一整個人特別舒適的感覺，跟回家了一樣。
還有就是床真的特別特別軟，躺下整個人都陷進棉花裏了一樣，睡眠質量拉滿了。
旁邊就是步行街出行，美食，娛樂應有盡有，還在沅江旁，吃完飯去江邊散步，別提有多愜意了。
最後就是性價比很高，同價比找不到第二家了，還有服務態度很好，因為要趕晚上的火車，讓前台幫忙存行李，人家很客氣的幫忙了。雖然酒店沒義務，但是這就是做生意的態度吧。
最後就祝店家生意興隆吧，（以後來鎖死這家了，我可沒有受賄哦，純本人內心感受）
看那麼多不如親自體驗一下！

設施：新裝修的，不錯，房間很大，洗澡熱水充足。
衞生：乾淨。
環境：交通方便，免費停車，適合自駕。
服務：入住離店方便快捷；洗澡間沒有沐浴露洗頭水，聯繫客服很長時間才解決。

除了牀頭櫃的插座不能充電 其他都還不錯 熱水再燙點，空調製熱好像分時段開的，畢竟價格在那，性價比還是很高的，老粉絲了，希望能逐步改進。

地處繁華路段，常德步行街旁邊，車水馬龍周邊人羣川流不息，往南緊臨沅江風光帶，吉尼斯世界紀錄詩牆公園。酒店設施完善，前台服務温馨，房間大大的投影還可連接手機，實屬難得，酒店所處大樓私人影院，KTV，美髮美甲養生館應有盡有，後院性能停車樓停車方便，不管來商務出差或是臨時出遊的首選，性價比高！

房間衞生乾淨，樓下就是步行街很熱鬧，一百多米就是一條小吃街，什麼吃的都有，停車場也好找，就在酒店後面，前台服務態度好，專業微笑服務，湘菜也很好吃，旅遊很開心，住得也很開心，很少好評，非常滿意！
