The reimbursement standard for my business trip is just right. The waiters at this hotel are all polite, warm and thoughtful. The butler followed up as soon as I checked in. The service is very good. I give a thumbs up to the guest relations director Yu Wenjie because I arrived at a large item in the middle of the night. I asked the front desk and found that there was no concierge at work and I couldn't carry it, so I sent a message to the housekeeper. Unexpectedly, a luggage trolley was quickly helped to deliver it to the room. Thank you very much. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I travel to Changsha for business.

What impressed me the most was: Yishang's net red punching fireplace, and every staff member of the hotel was very enthusiastic! The most unexpected thing is that there is actually beef hot pot in Yishang, which is delicious. Next time you come to Changsha, you will continue to choose Yishang Hotel Hyde Park.
