下了高鐵酒店安排了大奔來接車，司機下車拿行李，到了酒店前台小姐姐也是非常熱情周到，給我介紹了周邊好吃好玩的，感受到了有種回家的感覺，進了房間也是超出了我的預想，這麼便宜還能在長沙住上這麼大且舒適乾淨整潔的房間，附近有吾悦廣場，裏面也是有多好吃的，去了一家比較有特色的湘菜館，吃飯皇帝大，真的值得推薦

不知道其他房間怎麼樣，我住的那間沒有窗户一進去一股發黴的味道，床上的被子摸上去濕噠噠的。這是我在長沙住的最不舒服的一次，開房的時候服務態度一般當時估計生意太好二位服務人員都沒搭理我，等了一會。退房的時候是位男士服務態度還不錯。

服務：很貼心，考慮問題也比較周全，能夠換位思考，服務很到位！很贊
設施：酒店前坪就是免費大面積的停車場，非常方便！
環境：周圍有大商城！吃喝玩樂也比較方便，酒店距離高鐵站也非常近打車也很方便！
總體來説 非常不錯

設施：飯店，超市，葯店，菜市場，水果店，圖文店，汽車維修，加油站就在旁邊很方便。
環境：安靜，舒適，綠化率高，空氣特別好。
服務：前台接待辦理入住能站在客户角度看態問題而有針對性的服務，很有主見。
衞生：房間，停車場，公共衞生間也都很乾凈利落。
