The room was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy, with a super-king bed that was soft, clean, and comfortable. The facilities were complete and smart-controlled, which was very convenient. The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. The breakfast area was quiet and clean, offering a wide variety of options. There's also a convenient parking lot in front of the hotel.

The lady at the front desk who checked me in was incredibly friendly, approachable, and polite. She even went out of her way to provide a travel guide, which was really a nice touch. She also gave a bottle of yogurt for my child and upgraded our room type. I was very satisfied. The room was quite spacious, clean, and comfortable, and our stay was very peaceful. The amenities were complete. The location is excellent, right next to a shopping mall and a snack street, which is super convenient. I was extremely pleased with this stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Next time I'm in Changsha, I'll definitely be staying at this hotel again.

Fantastic! My stay at the Mousse Hotel in Desiqin, Changsha, far exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable, right next to Desiqin Plaza, surrounded by all sorts of restaurants and shops, making dining, entertainment, and shopping incredibly convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and as expected from a ”Mousse” hotel, the mattress was incredibly comfortable – I slept like a baby. The toiletries were also high-quality. Breakfast was excellent, with a rich variety and great taste. What truly surprised me was the service; the front desk staff were warm, thoughtful, and always willing to help. This hotel offers incredible value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Changsha. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

I came to Changsha from Nanning primarily for the Xingcheng Tiandi event, so I chose a hotel conveniently located nearby. 🤗 This hotel is directly opposite Gate 1 of Xingcheng Tiandi, just a 300-meter walk away. The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and proactively upgraded my room. Any issues I reported to the front desk were resolved quickly. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The 15th floor of the hotel has meeting rooms, a self-service restaurant, a laundry room, and a gym. Since I needed to wear some of my clothes again in a couple of days for other attractions, I used the hotel's laundry room to wash and dry them, which was super convenient! ~ The hotel's breakfast buffet was also quite generous, with a good variety of options: 😋 bread and pastries, fruit salads, noodles and congee, fried dough sticks and buns, eggs and grains, coffee, milk, juice, and oatmeal… For an average price of just over 200 yuan, I think it's a great deal and offers excellent value for money for the average person. 👍🏻👍🏻

Love this hotel! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Changsha as a person traveling with a dog. The hotel is so welcoming of dogs they hardly even seem to notice that the dog is there. Even the restaurant allowed dogs to come sit during breakfast. And if you’re not a dog person but are worried about cleanliness due to pets being allowed, the rooms (we stayed in two different rooms) were both immaculate. There wasn’t even a hint of pets in either one. Great job by the housekeeping staff.

Traveling to Changsha, the first time, although a bit far from the city, but the hotel shopping mall and the surrounding area are quite lively and eat a lot, the proprietress is beautiful and enthusiastic, the cherry lips are sexy haha, I am not embarrassed to praise in person, I hope I don’t mind.

The HD projector in the room was a real highlight. The picture clarity and sound quality rivaled those of a movie theater. Cuddling up in bed at night to catch up on TV shows and movies was a blast! CCTV and online TV were also available, with a wide selection of content, so there was no need to bother. Even a mysophobe like me couldn't fault the cleanliness—the bedding was pristinely white and fluffy, the bathroom tile joints were so clean they reflected a gleam, and even the remote control and switches were meticulously disinfected. A light scent of air freshener was also offered upon check-in, which was incredibly reassuring. The service was incredibly attentive! The front desk proactively asked about movie preferences and even brought a complimentary popcorn set. The housekeeping staff even straightened out my scattered data cables during cleaning. Perfect for projection, cleanliness, and service. This is definitely the most attentive hotel I've ever stayed in, and I've already recommended it to all my friends!

I came to Changsha for tourism and stayed at Ramada Plaza Changsha Yashiya. The hotel's Sisi and Xiaowen provided very considerate service.
