Comfy bed for two nights. Bathroom was a bit small but doable. The free breakfast could be a bit better even though they dont have a restaurant.

In our room ,we heard footsteps upstair and the noises besides us. The walls are thin, and no sound barriers.

The breakfast did not match the website offering. Food ran out before breakfast time was up. It was so crowded you couldn't get between tables.
When we checked in at 4pm, almost the entire hall had the doors open with dirty linens stacked outside the doors. It was creepy.
The room was nice and was clean. But hotel was noisy. Floor shook.
Felt uncomfortable in parking lot.

Bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t slide. Toilet was not cleaned. Rest of the room was clean but I think they forgot that one thing. Breakfast area had too many tables close to the food, making it difficult to pass through the line for food. Staff were very polite.

If you just want a place to sleep no breakfast,because mornings crew it’s late o lazy it’s ok , don’t expect other than a bagel and minor stuff if you expect any kind of it

Greeted in the parking lot by truckloads of immigrant workers then greeted inside by a strange man trying to hug me. Hotel clerk was a bit rude over my Service Animals and hotel requires a $250 refundable deposit for every check-in refunded in 10 days. The room I booked and paid for was not available. Noisey hotel with staff chattering on and loads of laundry carts going all day. Dog poop all over grassy areas and backdoor was broken so anyone could wander into the hotel. I personally witnessed a housekeeper dump an entire bucket of cleaner outside the walkway. The upside: The breakfast attendant was the nicest personable person and kept things well stocked. The area is easy access to Charlotte and directly across from the Police Station.

Very good. We had to make another reservation bc the first one was pretty bad. We were happy that we found another hotel but not happy we have to pay the difference

We had booked this hotel because our flight was delayed overnight. There was not any hotel with vacancies closer to the airport. We had to leave the hotel at 3:00 am and there were a few people hanging around the outside. One man must have asked us for a match 3 times and looked very high. I was really surprised how many people were up at that time while we waited for our Uber.
