"It's rare to experience such a great hotel in Europe. The decor is very modern and exquisite, and the rooms are incredibly spacious, equipped with all the basic amenities you'd expect. The location is particularly excellent, right next to the train station. The integrated restaurant and bar on the top floor also offers a fantastic experience, providing panoramic views of Heidelberg. Going up at sunset and enjoying a drink either outside or by the window to watch the sun go down is truly delightful."

"Rooms are cozy and tidy. Amenities and facilities are sufficient I would say. Breakfast was definitely delightful, with the glass ceiling and amazing service, what a way to stay the day! Location wise, it’s okay convenient. It depends on how you are travelling. It is very close to the bus and tram station and of course the Christmas markets and shopping streets. But it is a bit far to the Train Station."

"Near Heidelberg Hbf. Brand-new hotel. But the breakfast buffet is just so-so. No new food provided. Fruits are not good, at least not fit my taste. We ordered triple beds room, the third bed is really…casual. Just one bed in the bedstead. Not comfortable at all."

"First off, the apartment is very spacious. The bedroom is separate from the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom is large, and while it doesn't have a separate shower and dry area, it's fully equipped with everything you need, and the hot water is fast and plentiful. The soundproofing for sleeping is also excellent. Secondly, the amenities are comprehensive. It has all the pots, pans, dishcloths, brushes, knives, forks, and cutting boards you could ask for. There's also a kettle, coffee machine, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, range hood, iron, and hairdryer. A quick tip: you must turn on the range hood before using the induction hob – just pull it out, and it starts automatically. Lastly, the bedroom is large with plenty of tables, and the bed is a good size too, with a comfortable mattress and lots of pillows for a great night's sleep. Everything feels very new and in excellent condition! There are a few drawbacks: The laundry room costs extra, though the gym is free. Check-in is strictly at 3 PM, which might be due to high demand on weekends, but you can store your luggage and explore beforehand. Oh, and check-out is at 11 AM! It's right next to Heidelberg's main train station, which is super convenient for catching trains. We checked out half an hour early and still ended up waiting 25 minutes at the station!"

"A bit far from the city center, so it's best suited for those traveling by car. It offers good value for money. The hotel room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the breakfast was decent. Although the hotel facilities look a bit dated, they are very well-maintained. The only downside is the lack of an elevator, which makes carrying luggage upstairs a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, everything else was good."

"The location is very good, there are many foods nearby, very close to the shopping street pedestrian street. Self-driving parking for 19 euros a day, and after checking out the next day, we agreed to let us continue to park for a while. "It is very convenient to drive by yourself, there is a free parking space, and it only takes more than ten minutes to drive from Heidelberg. "The location is excellent. It's an 8-minute walk from the back of the train station after you get off. Public buses and trams are also convenient for getting to various places (pedestrian street, old castle, Neckar River, hospitals, university departments). The suite is spacious enough and has a small kitchen. Breakfast is 18 euros, and the restaurant is large with good food, coffee, and various teas. The hotel's courtyard/lawn is huge, and it's very pleasant to have a drink there in the evening. There's also a laundry room."

"The location of this hotel is great, and the front desk people were nice too. But the facility was way below either the industry standard or our expectation - the knob of the shower was falling down, the curtain was also falling down and could not close; the reading light switch had no handle; and the shower drainage was blocked (see the photos) ---- shockingly this is in Germany!! Very, Very disappointed."

"I booked a hotel a month ago, and I didn't choose to cancel at any time because I had to go out. But on the day of booking, my friend asked me to stay at her house, and when I asked, the hotel said I couldn't cancel. I told them that it was my birthday and I wanted to change my plans at midnight, but they wouldn't let me cancel. I feel like Ctrip members are useless in Europe. The hotel didn't let me cancel according to the policy, and I have no problem with that, but I will never choose Leonard next time. This was my first and last visit. It looks very close to the old town on the map, but it's not. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the train station, and the old town is about the same. I personally think the location is not good either. There is only one Aldi supermarket nearby, and Kaufland is about one stop away."
