Clean and comfortable. Very close (across the road) to the airport. Extended stay parking available with airport shuttle was a great feature!

Front desk was attentive, very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the gym, pool, and free breakfast included were a huge plus. Perfect for my one night stay as a traveling musician.

The front desk receptionist at check in was not welcoming. She never smiled and did not explain the long term parking very well.
The bathtub in our room did not drain well AT ALL! The room was nice though and it was quiet

The airport pickup was very fast compared to some of the other hotels around the BUF area. The room was clean quiet and very nice. Breakfast buffet was awesome. I will be staying here again

No room service for food and beverage…
Breakfast just so-so
Bellhop trolleys are very bad-too difficult to maneuver…
No bellboys to help with luggages..
Carpet in the room not so very clean…
No toothbrush…

Clean nice hotel. Staff was great, typical breakfast in the morning but good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the pool was freezing!!

The staff when I checked in was great. The cleaning people never bothered me, both plus'. The facility is in need of paint! New pavement around the parking lot would be nice as well.
