Amazing stay, incredible service, so comfortable! We've been traveling around China for nearly a month for business and out of all the places we stayed, this is the best! We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment where we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. After traveling so long, the first thing we did was take advantage of the washing machine. The helpful instruction manual was so easy to follow and housekeeping was kind enough to deliver a laundry rack for us to dry some of our larger pieces. It was so nice to have the option to cook our own meals after eating out for so long. Anything you needed, it was just a phone call away. Tina, Seven, Lena, and Queena at the front desk helped us check in quickly and always answered our questions with a smile on their faces. Kenneth was so great in helping us with our luggage and suggesting delicious restaurants in the area. Summer the housekeeping supervisor was so generous with her hospitality — we had some guests visit and ran out of water and tea bags, which she so kindly and quickly replenished for us. The housekeeping team is honestly the best we've encountered. They are so thorough and thoughtful. We loved staying here so much, we even extended our stay to 3 more days. We'll definitely come back when we return to Chengdu! Want to thank the Parkvue team for making our stay so pleasant and comfortable. You are all a credit to your profession!

The room was converted from a one-bedroom suite of the same model. A bed was added to the living room. It is suitable for a family of three to travel. However, the experience of this stay was really bad. Let me talk about the shortcomings first. First, when I booked, I didn't tell you that the air conditioning ducts were being cleaned during this period. I was told when I checked in at the hotel that there was a gap to clean it during this period. Of course, this is also considered as advance notice. After all, the front desk also said that if you mind, you can cancel the reservation. Second, there was a problem with the hair dryer. It was overheated and shut down before I dried my hair. I asked the cleaning staff to change it. They came quite quickly. It should have been replaced. But when they came, they insisted on talking to me, saying that their hair dryer was shut down because of overheating protection. It was normal. I have never seen such a thing. This is the first time I have seen a hair dryer that shuts down for protection before my hair is dried. Third, the floor of the bathroom was very very very very slippery after getting a little water. Note that it was just a little water. The shoes were not anti-slip. Everyone who checked in must pay attention and ask for more floor mats. Safety first. Fourth, around seven o'clock in the morning, they knocked on the door and asked me if I wanted to check out? I was completely confused. When I asked, it was not the case. Then I was told that it might be a mistake made by the front desk. Oh, this is speechless. Okay, let's talk about the advantages. The location is invincible. Renhe is downstairs, Tianfuhong is next to it, and Chunxi Road shopping district is just across the street. It is very convenient.

The hotel is indeed a bit old, but the price is the best. It has everything you would expect from a five-star hotel. The front desk also selected a floor even if the room was not tight. However, when I checked out, I was told that there were no more pandas and the activity was over. The children were a little disappointed. Overall it's a good experience for me staying here. Location is quite happening with 15-25 minutes walking distance from Chun Xi street. The room is spacious enough to put luggages for 2. Hand wash basin located outside of the bathroom so it's more convenient. There is a window to view the decorations and you can even see the window of another room's from inside, so sound proofing at that the window part is weaker. You also have to walk up some staircase to access the hotel lobby so people with wheelchair may find difficulty.

The room was very clean, especially the bedding and towels. The kettle was spotless and the room and bathroom ceiling air filters were really clean with no dust which was impressive and reassuring for me. The staff at the lobby reception was always really helpful and helped me each day with my many queries. A small suggestion - to have a clothes hook behind the bathroom door. I don't mind that the hotel is old since the furniture is obviously good quality, not like the cheap laminated stuff you see nowadays I would stay here again!

It was very clean and tidy, and the fragrance was sniffling, giving people a feeling of home. Staying here for 4 days is a little naive and I don’t want to go. The drying washing machine is really convenient. The clothes are dried the next day after washing. It is also very close to various attractions. I want to take a taxi for more than 10 minutes. I don’t like to write reviews, but this homestay must be praised! It is my most authentic feedback, I hope the boss's business is getting more and more prosperous!
