Very satisfied. Rightway Xiyue Hotel is just next to MRT Station. I booked online on 22/9/23 for one night trying , but I extended till my end of Chengdu visit, 26/9/23. All the staffs are friendly, especially Mr 袁航 he guilds me the way of tour patiently despite his off duty time. The room service named 李蓉 friendly and good service. Perfect room cleaning. Lastly, the gift to me is free transport provided to 雙流機場。The driver named 張偉, very polite, very helpful, and very friendly.

Positive side: good location and it is very convenient to catch earlier plane. Negative side: 1). The receptionnist was quite rude and impolite during the check-in process; 2). The volume of the shower was incredibly small and I was unable to take a shower; 3). The door has no soundproof, too thin; 4). The hotel refused to provide more drinking water except only 2 small bottles, which was not enough at all. The drinking water is a big problem in China, and many foreigners who come from the countries have a great resource of water cannot drink China’s tap water, because it can make them diarrhée; 6). The quality of the breakfast was undesirable and very boring, etc..

The front desk service is very good and the decoration is very new. The breakfast is also very rich, and there is an airport shuttle service every hour. I went to Chengdu for a business trip. For the convenience of travel, I chose a hotel near Shuangliu Airport. The hotel environment is great. I can arrive at the hotel too late that night and leave for Beijing early the next morning. I took a lot of photos of the hotel interior. Ms. Liu, the hotel staff, was very good and gave me a late check-out.
