這是我見過服務最差，態度最差的酒店，上午一早負責協調停車的服務人員也沒有，而且房價還不便宜，在成都近500元的價格可以住四星以上的酒店了，房間狹小，設備老舊，關鍵服務人員態度極其蠻橫無服務意識，對客人態度相當差，千萬別住這家酒店！！！上午九點二十九分到一樓吃早餐，服務人員態度蠻橫無理的大聲吼道：“早餐結束了，結束了…結束了，你不滿意你可以投訴我啊！”，到了大堂找經理，經理一看錶，已經九點三十六分了，早餐肯定沒有了，如果都是這樣的服務，這家酒店建議大家別入住了！服務極差極差極差！

因為分公司在這附近所以經常出差，這家酒店算是性價比很高的了，衞生環境這些都不錯，隨處可見的二十四節氣標語還挺有意思，房間夠大，床也很大，就是早飯時間九點半就結束了，有時候上午沒事就起不來了哈哈。

壹酒店總體滿意，在成都金融城交子大道雙子塔附近，交通便利，周圍商場多，吃飯也方便，鬧中取靜。有兩點建議：1.早餐提供的牛奶、豆漿都含糖 ，應該提供不含糖的；2.總枱的小妹妹臉上可否有點笑容？絕不是調侃哈。
