我是株洲人來郴州旅遊到網上看找到凱龍温泉酒店，剛剛入駐酒店工作人員非常禮貌，酒店環境優美，最滿意是衞生非常乾淨，我是一個有潔癖的人都找不到一點不沒有的地方，所以下次來郴州旅行還會考慮住凱龍酒店，推薦來郴州的朋友也來入駐覬龍温泉酒店

老酒店改的，設施陳舊，洗澡水小的洗手都費事！不值得這個價格，看外觀是還可以進去後人員太複雜，臨街房早上一早就被吵醒！

關鍵半夜服務員開門，人都嚇醒了，説通知退房來查房的，搞笑的很，這麼多年頭次碰到，直接開門進來，這酒店住的有安全感嗎？誰感住，再便宜也不敢住

酒店服務很貼心，電話諮詢有什麼問題都解決的很好，大廳像五星級酒店，性價比很高，這麼優惠的價格可以住到這麼滿意的酒店很不錯，一樓還有天然温泉，十個泡池泡池，我家小孩很喜歡，體驗了一下，晚上走路逛街幾百米就到裕後街，太方便啦

凱龍酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便，服務好的沒話説，熱情效率高，基本有求必應，主要是房價優惠，停車不收費，房間採光不錯，衞生打掃的挺乾淨的，旁邊逛街吃飯都好方便，前面就是和平夜市和裕後街，感覺很好
