An okay budget hotel but I have a few complaints: - Ants in the corner of my room (they changed my room the next day) - Bed is super hard, my back felt stiff the next day - Hot water tank is not reliable, so water temperature tends to fluctuate Otherwise, it's in a good area for restaurants and cafes.

At a very cheap price Book a standard room at a price of a dormitory room including Vat and falling 756 baht per night, can stay 2 people (excluding breakfast) very good value !!!! The rooms are equipped with complete facilities, TV, mini bar, hot water, hot water, tea, coffee, hair dryer, plus shower gel and shampoo available. Excellent. It was a good location and the room was huge. It was also nicely decorated in an old Thai style which made it a very ambient place to stay. However, it’s very dated and clearly hasn’t had any upgrades. The bathroom was horrible and while technically it has been cleaned, there was so much mould in the shower tiles and a huge section of the ceiling was mouldy as well. It was not pleasant to go there especially as it’s where you want to go to get clean.

Absolutely loved our stay in this hotel for about 16 days. It's a big hotel close to Maya mall and upon our request to a higher floor room with great views were granted by the cute and efficient front office staff which made us to stay longer in this gorgeous town. Staff is really nice, efficient, the best here. Our room was in the 10th floor directly across the mountain view and Maya mall. Loved the view. Private balcony with sweeping views. Our room was really spacious, comfy bed and pillows with lovely comforter, big bathroom with ample hot water, shower and jacuzzi, toiletries are provided except for toothbrush, bathrobes and slippers provided. There's a security deposit box. Decent tv with cable channels. Free Wifi but the speed can be improved. There's a sofa bed which is really comfy too. There's a desk and a chair to work as well. Perfect space for people who work. Hotel seem to have two swimming pools but rooftop pool and bar is closed for renovations. There's a gym with decent equipments. Pool towels are provided. Sauna is adjacent to the gym. There's a restaurant and bar on the ground floor. Free water bottles, tea and coffee provided. Daily housekeeping and absolutely the best housekeeping staff. Had enough and more privacy while enjoying our stay. We highly recommend this perfect hotel to everyone who visits Chiang Mai.

The room is quite old. Compared to the price that must be paid Facilities are considered complete according to general hotel standards. But it's not from the B2 group. There's no hot water kettle, coffee making set. Most importantly, the air conditioner isn't very cool. The water in the bathroom is hot all day without turning on the water heater. But otherwise it is considered sufficient.

The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of options to suit every palate. It was the perfect way to start each day of my stay. While this place is a little off the beaten path it is practically a brand new hotel!! Very clean and nice! Breakfast was included and very good. For value and comfort this place is the best hotel I have stayed in while visiting Thailand.

Great hotel just called Maude the old city gate of Chiang Mai. Included breakfast was well prepared and served poolside or in the air conditioned dining area. Air conditioning in the spacious hotel room was effective and much appreciated after hot days out and about. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I greatly appreciate a well managed hotel accommodation in my extended travels.

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Decent choice for comfortable stay. Clean and inviting place. Staffs are friendly, helpful and courteous. No food provided.. Used the laundry service, it's decent, you've got to go to the reception to pick up the clothes. There is a laundromat, 7/11, amazon coffee, bakery, and Thai/ Japanese restaurant nearby - about 5 mins walk. Wasn't aware that the slippers were reused by guests, so I threw it away after I killed a bug, and had to pay 200 baht for that during check-out. Had a few swims even though the waters were freezing during December. I loved the stay, was serene and restful.

During the holidays, my friends and I came to Chiang Mai to experience the Northern Thai style. Many hotels had no rooms, so we had the opportunity to stay in this new hotel with an excellent location. First of all, this hotel is really new, it seems to have only opened this year. My friend and I drove here from Bangkok. Unexpectedly, on Nimman Road, where land is at a premium, the hotel actually has its own parking space. Although breakfast is not included, there are really many things to eat on Ningman Road. It is also good to experience the local characteristics. The famous breakfast restaurant is also nearby. The hotel staff are amiable, serve with a smile, and are considerate. They always say hello when entering and leaving the house. The hotel is also very suitable for young people in the night. It is right next to the hottest pub for young people in Thailand. It feels good to go back to the hotel after jumping around, and you are not afraid of drinking too much. Overall, I am very satisfied and wish the hotel a prosperous business.
