1. The hotel is relatively remote, and the high-speed rail shuttle bus does not arrive until after 11 o'clock. You have to take a taxi to the hotel yourself, which is quite inconvenient. 2. There are very few breakfast dishes. Only two dishes are different on the two days, and the others are exactly the same; the fried food is cold and soft. The hot dishes are also warm. The puffs also seem to have been soft for a long time; I want to eat them after a meal Fruit, and a child found fruit flies sitting on it... There is nothing else to eat nearby (the convenience store is a bit far away) 3. The children's facilities are very good, including a racing track, a carousel, a large game hall and a large lawn where children can consume their energy. 4. The room is quiet and clean, but there is insufficient light in the room. Especially when putting on makeup, you need to bring your own mirror by the window to do it. 5. The bathroom shelves are too high and very inconvenient to use. 6. The counter staff are polite but not enthusiastic (the only ones who feel the enthusiasm are the cafe service staff, who take the initiative to interact with the guests)

Pleasant stay in Look Hotel. We got a free upgrade to a more larger room after we rated 5 stars in Google. The upgraded room is very comfy and clean. Toilet is clean, however it does not provide toilet roll but those thin tissue papers instead. Our booking included breakfast which I personally feel is quite decent as there were quite alot options (ie. Cereal, porridge, noodles, toast, mantou bun, coffee etc). The only downside is that the hotel is quite far from Chiayi train station (嘉義台鐵）, suggest to call a cab if you are with huge luggage. Walking distance from Train station to Look hotel is around 16mins.

Great experience, stay in the motel room type at the price of the hotel! The room looks great, the first time I saw the garage with aisles and open-air view design! It's spectacular ～ cp value is super high Breakfast is also delicious when you check in. The only fly in the ointment is that there is no socket on the bedside of my room type, and then there is no hot water in the room, and the water can only take up to 4 bottles 😭 not enough for us ⋯⋯ I like your space planning, considering the accommodation of various ethnic groups, there are motel room types, business hotel elevator room types, restaurants, halls, the space is great 👍

Stay here only if the top 50 hotels in a 100 kilometer radius are full! 1) arrogant attitude. They won some sort of “most Instagram friendly hotel” because they have a pretty lobby. Now they think they’re “the sh*t”. No compromise, no hospitality. Just a “take it or leave it” attitude 2) everything is extra pay or requiring advanced booking. guests need to “pre-book” their vaunted rooftop bar. No special access for in-house guests. Gym use requires a trip to the lobby in advance 3) from online pictures you’d think all rooms had nice bathrooms. Not true. Check the fine print. Our room not only didn’t have a tub, it didn’t have a separate shower stall. Just a wet industrial bathroom 4) it seems that double beds are standard. If you don’t request you won’t get a single queen bed 5) inadequate parking. We had to park in a supermarket parking lot three blocks away because the 20 spots the hotel provided were full 6) full of screaming children. Not sure what special might be going on but hotel full of yelling families and screaming kids running around. 7) in the middle of nowhere. You can’t get anywhere interesting by foot and there are no taxis 8) And to top it all off, it’s not cheap! It’s actually one of the more expensive hotels in town

It's a bit far from the train station on foot, but very close to Wenhua Road Night Market. The breakfast shop and ice cream shop opposite are said to be hidden versions. The breakfast shop is special but the price is a bit high. I didn't have time to try the ice shop this time. I'll try it next time. Try it. The hotel has friendly facilities and friendly staff. I will still choose this place when I stay again~ I like it so much. I have been here since it just opened. I will choose to stay here when I come to Chiayi~ The service attitude of the dining area and counter staff is very good! The baby bed given in the remarks is not sloppy either. It is cute and cozy. ❤️ The baby slept very peacefully. The only flaw is (it seems unlikely that such a problem should occur in a high-end four-star hotel). The chairs in the room may have peeled off after being used for a long time. , the bathroom door that separates dry and wet areas is old and the noise produced by opening and closing the door is quite loud, which is a pity! The room I stayed in was provided with a flush toilet, which was really convenient~ The bathrooms are made of stone texture materials and wood design. It looks simple, neat and comfortable. The mattress is also great to sleep on. Overall, I am very satisfied and recommend it if you come to Chiayi. Stay 👍

Pretty great place to stay for a one night stay. Got the room without the window and did not even notice it. Personally, I was expected more orange around the hotel and room but it was still aesthetically pleasant. Good walking distance from chiayi station - around 13 minutes for normal pacing and 10 minutes if you walk fast. There is a lot of good food around the hotel.

This time I specially attended a friend's gathering and saw this one nearby. The reviews are good and the price is pretty affordable. I would say it would be nice if it was clean and comfortable for the day. After arriving, I discovered that it is very close to the East Market and there are also good but special snacks nearby. But I didn’t expect to see Mu Zhi when I went upstairs to the room🚪The texture of the door is a plus🤩🤩🤩 The space in the room is amazing when you enter. It is so spacious that I can't believe it is a room for two people. The two single beds are very comfortable. The air-conditioning temperature is very comfortable The sound insulation is normal and very quiet❤️ I am very happy to come to Chiayi and stay at this hotel. I really like it.

The staff here is wonderful! Alison, Han, and the Chef are great. They are very professional and friendly. They made our stay very pleasant. We will surely stay here again when we come back to Taiwan. We highly recommend this hotel for travellers to Chiayi. Very close to the night market so all food and shopping is convenient. The weather here is perfect for walking and the public transportation is easy to maneuver.

Located next to the Wenhua night market, and provided all the amenities required for a normal traveller, and the check-in was smooth. The breakfast buffet provided variety of food to fuel up for the day, especially providing great options of vegetarian dishes. Bath salt was also the highlight, giving a moment of relaxation. However, the bath is quite small and only fits for 1 person (not even a tall one), so it was not easy for getting my partner to enjoy it together. And the wash basin looked heavily used like gonna be breaking very soon.

Cannot expect more with this amazing choice. It’s in 5-8 mins walking distance from station. The hotel also has bike for lending (free of charge). It makes me feel like living in a 4-star hotel but also provide convenient & reasonable-price services. They also have washing machine & dryer on basement which costs you only $50 each time. Staffs are supper friendly & helpfully. Regrets not to stay longer to enjoy Chiayi more. Ah its location is right in the center of shopping street. Absolutely come back & strongly recommend for you guys
