Good location where downstairs is very happening. Many restaurant which is very convenient. Toilet also comes with a tub to enjoy after a hectic day!

In the end everything went well. There was an unpleasant smell in first room but manager solved the issue in timely manner and second room was much better.
Location is actually great, ten minutes to subway, 20 minutes to two big shopping malls (Paradise Walk, MixC).
Service in the front desk when checking in was not good and felt disrespected as a foreigner by young receptionist. Otherwise everything was good.

房間很大，設施很新，電動馬桶很好，在奧體中心對面，交通便利，看演唱會首選，酒店和閨女名同音，有點兒緣分。

來重慶看五月天演唱會，酒店就在奧體五環廣場對面，過個馬路就到了，非常方便，酒店樓下有一排商業街，有零食小吃店等等，附近火鍋店也有好幾家，房間面積還可以，就是分到一個拐角的房間，形狀不太規則。房間空調温度是固定的無法調節，風量要麼很大，要麼幾乎沒有。這點希望能注意一下。

酒店乾淨整潔，吃飯樓下很方便，這裏着重表揚一下洗衣房，從未見過如此地面乾淨整潔，物品擺放有序的洗衣房，物品擺放一一對應，整整齊齊，簡直就是工業現場的6S標準，讓人讚歎不已，僅僅是因為這一點就連許多五星級的酒店都不如嘉瑞酒店，空口無憑，上圖，點贊👍
