住過很多家酒店，這家真的讓人無語至極[微笑]。首先停車不方便，沒有獨立的停車位，導航到酒店，停車還需要繞路。其次不是獨棟酒店，安全性一般。酒店在20幾樓，樓層雖然高，但是超級吵，酒店下面是蘭海高速，白天小車川流不息，晚上大貨車一刻也不消停，那聲音簡直絕了，壓根沒法好好休息。早上1

過來重慶出差第一次選擇這家酒店，看到都是套房面積挺大的，聽工作人員説還是連鎖的呢，到酒店後前台就非常熱情給我們倒水送毛巾的，酒店設施非常棒床墊都是美國的舒達，洗浴用品也非常講究，總之是個不錯的選擇

哇.第一次入住這家酒店就驚艷到了.看到網上説的是套房才果斷選擇的.入住進入房間發現不僅房間面積很大.配有的設施設備也是非常齊全.竟然還有跑步機.非常好.晚上想吃火鍋到前台諮詢.工作人員的服務也是很棒.耐心也比較專業.當然了.還有其他很好很棒的地方.大家可以去體驗一下喲

第一次入住這個酒店，看到網上圖片不錯，房間面積也夠大，入住後發現比預期更好，都是套房的設計，住的更寬敞，位置也是比較方便的，附近有源著天街，醫院，超市，地鐵站，生活設施齊全，完全不擔心吃喝的問題，還有酒店的服務也是沒得問題，進來就感受到了熱情，又是倒水又是熱毛巾的，還有帶我們到房間給我們介紹房間的設施設備，愛了

嫌家裡吵特意想找個環境好點的酒店休息下，結果適得其反，入住時特意要求前台安排安靜的房間，結果噪音巨大，兩扇窗幾乎沒有隔音效果，整晚整晚的汽車噪音，旁邊空調外機噪音吵得人難以入睡，再加上房間對面工作間深夜頻繁的砰砰開關門聲，比家裡噪音更劇烈，一晚上沒睡好，第二天一大早特別煩躁的退房離開，以後再不來這個店！

住了4天3晚，每天含雙早，前兩天晚上會打我手機確認第二天早餐，第三晚沒有電話，第四天沒送早餐。退房時提了這事，本來一句道歉就可以的，結果前台黑着臉説：1.我沒有在房間所以沒送。2.早餐本來就是贈送的3.説打房間電話沒有接，我把手機記錄拿出來，狡辯不了，説和她沒關係，沒有道歉，跑了

隔音差！天天早上11點就開始讓人走了，就開始轟人，住了最少10多次了，老顧客還這樣做，就別説新顧客了，有送早餐服務確實是，但是送完早餐，你準備睡覺，他又跟你敲門把你吵醒，然後説要收盤子在這兒根本説想睡個安穩覺就睡不睡不了。真的五百多的酒店，酒店價格確實是挺好，價格的話性價比一點都不高，五百多，而且的話這個價格可以住很多酒店，在這個酒店完全是睡不好覺。評分確實高，但每次我住一次酒店之後都會給我發消息讓我好評，我的建議是不在乎性價比，隔音效果差無所謂的。不想睡個好覺的首選！

和同事過來重慶出差，還沒出發酒店就提前打電話加微信發路線圖 了，很貼心。早餐是送到房間的，有很多種類，我和同事都覺得很好吃。下午茶也很豐富，還有免費夜宵，簡直不要太好。房間有個桌子，辦公也很方便。前台小潘和小付服務也很好，點贊👍
