不問顧客是否續住，直接把房訂出去，第二天早上八點續房結果説房間訂出去了，電話都給留了幾個，喊有大房間給我換，結果電話就沒響過，還直接給我把房間訂出去，房間內這個要收費那個要收費，是真噁心

這個店住過不止一次了，地鐵站出門幾分鐘就走到了，酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，很舒服，前台人員服務都很好，很主動，熱情，如果又機會再來這邊，依然會選擇德軒
