酒店前台服務還是很好的，兩位小姐姐小西和小胡服務都不錯 ，酒店位置離重慶北站很近，吃的和逛的都很全。房間衞生整體還是很乾凈的，床品乾淨整潔，衞生間也做得乾濕分離的，而且設計是榻榻米，很喜歡。這個酒店性價比還是很高的，值得選擇的。走的時候酒店還有贈送的小禮品，很貼心。

好酒店就要多支持，不然就可能被刷分的騙子淹沒，比如成都春熙路某個叫“大怪公寓”的危房改造對象。
雲月酒店前枱佈置很有格調，初見就給人一種非常放鬆的感覺，右手邊有個小酒吧，適合消磨時間；房間標準相當高，很多細節已經超過全季、麗楓等主流精品酒店；不過北站周邊應該開發不久，人氣還需要慢慢積累，好處是房價很實惠，華宇摩天將來應該會成為渝北新地標，站在45層大落地窗前往下看，城市夜景美不勝收！

衞生：先不説床單磨損問題。就衞生清潔問題就很嚴重。地面還有死蟑螂（見圖）。然後牆面轉角處還有蜘蛛網。然後就是床單下面還有頭髮（見圖2）。
設施：因為可能是一棟樓都是各種商務酒店的原因，電梯很慢。中間要停很多次。
服務：衹和前台小姐姐接觸過。服務到位。
環境：酒店房間設計還不錯，投影很棒。但是房間隔音不好。走廊和隔壁房間開關門聲音很大。
總之就是不值四星級酒店。
如果是着急車站轉車的話，自己考慮。
如果是出門旅遊要住幾天的話，勸退！！！

性價比超級高，北站附近必選之地，首先樓層高，全景餐廳也是高級。其次裝修好，硬裝和燈光氛圍做得不錯，床品也是高級的，最舒服還是馬鞭草的洗浴用品，第一感覺以為是歐蘇丹。而且這個價格，居然標配浴袍，外賣也能順利到達門口，超級推薦。

整體入駐體驗不錯！就在重慶北站附近，步行八分鐘就能到酒店！房間在四十多層，樓層高，噪音小，睡眠質量不錯！晚上自助餐雖然品類少，但味道不錯，超喜歡番茄雞蛋麪，味道絕～不錯的體驗，重慶還來～

酒店各方面都比較新，乾淨簡潔，挺滿意的，服務態度很不錯，喜歡簡約風格的應該會很喜歡，周邊環境比較方便，離車站不是很遠，也有地鐵，下次還會再來入住
