前台接待員服務非常好，房間很大很乾凈，衞生間的設計私隱性很好，一家人住也不用怕尷尬。房間很安靜，離蘇寧廣場步行過去就行，酒店樓下還有葯店麪包店，馬路對面快餐店，很方便。

送小孩去上學挺好的，離學校近又方便，熱情服務，南方人在北方感覺還是挺親切的，那邊飯菜也不錯，酒店服務員入員推薦的

房間很大，寬敞明亮，地理位置很好，離琅琊山風景區很近，去小吃街或者市區博物館啥的溜達都很方便。工作人員服務也不錯。不過房間裏還有一些衞生沒有做到位，比如床邊有很多灰塵和瑣碎的小雜物；衞生間有點漏水，溢出來，不太好。
家庭房的話建議多配備一張椅子，方便使用。

酒店總體來説非常不錯，地理位置優越，離市中心和琅琊山風景區都比較近，前台服務人員、客房工作人員職業素養都很高，有賓至如歸的感覺，房間內的設施也挺不錯，對寵物也非常友好。美中不足的有二點：第一，停車場在酒店對面，要過一個十字路口，如果導航要導到酒店對面“老鄉雞”，停車場就在它的右邊；第二，酒店就一部電梯，運行速度比較慢，等待時間會比較長一些。瑕不掩瑜，這個酒店還是值得用心推薦的

早餐還不錯，中西式早餐都有，停車場就在對面.房間對面就可以看到琅琊山.前台還可以收快遞、寄存行李，服務非常好呦
