Other settings are normal, there are air purifiers, mosquito repellents (no replacement). Hygienic: There is no emergency flashlight, I used the mobile phone flashlight to check the bedding and sofa. There are several hairs on the bed, basically on the sheets and quilts. The pillows are clean, because it is very late and the front desk is not changed. Service: After 12:30 noon, I received a call from the front desk urging me to check out twice. This is the first time I have encountered this situation. After the first notification, I have already reported it to the hotel that I will not continue my stay and check out on time. At 1:30, when I was washing, the room phone rang again. After answering, I still asked if I would continue to live. Is the front desk not recorded? Is it a person who called twice, or two people did not know to continue to disturb the guests? After checking out, the front office manager learned about it and promised to communicate with the management. I also received a return call later.
