This hotel is modern and just off the A75 motorway just south of the city of Clermont-Ferrand. It is mainly a hotel catering for business/executive clients, but also good for those travelling through France. We stayed on a Sunday, and the restaurant was closed (open Mon-Fr), but this was a deliberate choice by us and suited us very well. In these times of Covid, we wanted somewhere to stay that was not crowded. So we took some deli-food for dinner on the balcony. All very relaxing and we felt safe. The only people we saw were the receptionist on check-in and cleaners in the morning. Rooms were clean and spacious with good quality fittings/bedding etc, we could see Puy de Dome from the balcony. The person at Reception helpfully gave us some fresh milk to go with our tea (tea and coffee making facilities were in the room). A very good stopover.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, no noise or other nuisance; of course the room is small and the bathroom dates but it's an excellent price-qualiy ratio. Nice surprise: there is air-conditionning and it's functionning well and quietly. Just one attention point - make sure you book your breakfast in advance and pay attention to the hour; with Covid-19 around, restrictions apply and we were not able to book a breakfast on the spot at the desired hour. This does not influence my review, as it's not a free choice of the hotel.

Accueil des plus sympathique…..et de plus il nous a été proposé : une Truffade….et elle était excellente….. Je le répète le personnel, jeune est très sympathique…. A conseiller…..Excellente étape sans prétention. Personnellement je suis toujours ravi de constater que le travail de nos jeunes est excellent et ils méritent d’être soutenus…

The hotel is very good and very comfortable. In addition to the very smile and sympathetic staff, this hotel is especially well located: at the exit of the motorway (but no noise at all) and near a full of varied restaurants (there is for all tastes!) and even next to a LIDL. The room for 5 was very well-planned and was very clean.
