"This was my second stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel Kirk. Located about a 15-minute drive from the city center, the hotel boasts a beautiful interior and exterior environment and convenient parking. The rooms were clean and tidy, equipped with a coffee machine and ironing board. The hotel has a gym and swimming pool, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. It's a great choice for both business and family trips."

"I had a very disappointing stay at this holiday home. Right from the start, the owner tried to overcharge me and even took unauthorized payments from my credit card. While the money was eventually refunded, it took countless emails back and forth to resolve the issue, which was stressful and completely unacceptable. The property itself was in poor condition. The couch was absolutely filthy—so bad we didn’t even want to sit on it. We called immediately upon arrival to ask for something to cover it, but got no response for the entire weekend. The garden was littered with cigarette butts, which made the outdoor space feel dirty and neglected. The fridge was tiny and barely worked, which made it impossible to store food properly. On top of that, the listing on the website was very misleading. It implied that access to the hotel leisure centre was included, but we only found out after the cancellation window had passed that there was actually an extra charge to use it. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend staying here. Between the lack of cleanliness, unresponsiveness, misleading information, and payment issues, it was far from the relaxing weekend we were hoping for."
