Unfortunately my room is underground , small toilet & bathroom without bathtub this price is no choice. I choose 28 sqm but location of room is not good at all. It far from golden bridge I think 22 sqm better than location

The hotel is located off centre and far from the beach. However it's quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful most of the time. Our room is not as clean as expected, especially the toilet. Given the price and our length of stay, this is not a real big complaint.

It was a beautiful hotel with an amazing view. The breakfast buffet was average though, and the infinity pool view was fantastic. We had met up with friendly staffs to take beautiful photos. Then staffs are friendly and go extra miles to make sure we are comfortable. The location was quite far from town but taxi was easily available.

Relative to the price is good in all aspects, only a hundred dollars. Breakfast is simple, three packages are available, but waited a long time. Front desk attitude was good. Although the location is not in the city center, there are many locals living around it. There are many seafood stalls around, and it looks like the business is good. A Chinese-speaking driver called a taxi to tell us that the seafood price here is the cheapest. Many locals eat it by themselves. It is a pity that they didn't eat it. The hotel is right next to the sea. When you cross the road, you can walk along the road in the morning or evening.

The downside is that the surrounding area is not a tourist spot, but it is completely steamy local. There is no tourist spot to visit on foot. Instead, it doesn't matter if you have a means of moving or grab. Pros The staff are really friendly. Clean facilities. From January 23rd to 29th, 2018, the three of us traveled to Da Nang and Hoi An for 7 days, and stayed in three hotels for two nights each. Among them, the Grand Sunrise 3 Hotel was the hotel we were most satisfied with, January 23 I stayed for two days from 25th to 25th, and I felt that it was worth it! The hotel is very new, only opened for 7 months, with complete facilities, a small swimming pool on the roof, a bar, and the hotel also has a shuttle bus to and from the beach. The hotel staff are polite and happy Provide local travel information for guests, especially Margaret-My, she can communicate with guests in Mandarin, and also helped us sign up for a one-day tour of Ba Na Mountains and a chartered car to Hoi An at a reasonable price, thank you Margaret-My for the arrangement All in all, Grand Sunrise 3 Hotel is very cost-effective, and the room rate also includes breakfast. If I visit Da Nang again, I will stay here again.

Firstly, the staff at this hotel are wonderful. They are SO helpful, caring and accommodating. We appreciated their help and interactions. The hotel has a beautiful and welcoming foyer and pool area. The rooms are lovely, a great size with excellent showers and bathroom. The location is walking distance to the lovely beach and there's plenty of eating options around. I really wanted to love this accommodation but there were problems. First and foremost is the functions held that dominate the place. One took over the entire main pool with a stage covering the pool which meant guests couldn't use it for nearly two days. This left guests using the roof pool that is neglected and had no towels. There was never enough pool towels. Everyday, we had to wait while staff went looking for pool towels. The private functions are loud and if your room is near them, you then have to listen to the late night banging and talking while packing up. Breakfast is good but if you get there late, they are slow to replace items or not at all. Two mornings, I missed out on bacon, ham and croissants and had empty coffee pots. There are a lot of Asian options and beautiful fruit and the normal egg station. You won't go hungry. The beautiful Lady running the breakfast room is absolutely second to none. Her genuine interest in your comfort and day was heart warming. Overall, the staff here are 5 stars. The accommodation is 4 stars. I would definitely stay again and loved Da Nang.

The hotel is well run. Rooms are reasonably large and very clean. Many of the rooms offer a wonderful view of the city, including a view of the river. Service is excellent. Rates are great. Breakfast, included in the standard rate, is very good. The breakfast hall attendants are all well trained and they provide an excellent service, from the waiters to the young man behind the bar, who makes various kinds of coffee drinks. The hotel stands out in offering beers and bottled water daily for free. Even snacks are provided free. There is a small plate of fruits in the rooms that is replenished every day. The hotel has a small gym, which appeared reasonably appointed. Saunas are in each shower areas (Ladies and Gentlemen). A steam room is attached to the Ladies sauna. Check in was prompt and well handled. Check out was quick and simple. The hotel manager, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hai (Mike) was extremely helpful. My wife and I had trouble with a Vietnam Airlines reservation. He took some time, contacted people in the Airlines office, and was able to rectify the trouble that we had. This non-hotel related service allowed us to cut down somewhat our air travel expenses. The hotel is located in the City Center (not a beach front hotel). Location is convenient. Other hotels in the same area include Hilton, Marriott and Novotel, and charge higher rates. The river bank, with the night activities, is within a short walking distance. The hotel is recommended to travelers. Overall value is fantastic. I enjoyed the facilities and the excellent service of the hotel staff.
