因為酒店提前對接的電話沒有收到 而且民宿跟攜程對接有點問題 所以第一天入住並沒有很絲滑 本來覺得可能會是一次一般的體驗 但是酒店積極跟攜程溝通 解決了問題
全程管家式的服務 早餐 下午茶 晚安甜湯 房間風景很好 看着海 發發呆 覺得世界很美好
第二天管家小陳很貼心的給我指路 還送到了高鐵站口 大家一直重複希望我不要有不好的體驗感
其實完全沒有 看到大理有很用心做服務的人 大概是我還會再來的重要一個原因之一吧
期待下一次

下單不到半小時店家即來電詢問需否接送並告知到店路線，加了微信並建了專屬管家服務羣。酒店地處洱海東南岸邊民宿區，環境、位置均好。訂的暮秋（側海景），房間設計精巧温馨，設施齊全，配品講究，當晚浴缸出了點小狀況，管家小姑娘（姓李）態度誠懇、反饋迅速，及時更換並升級了房間（雁南，面積比暮秋大兩倍，床及陽台正面朝海，視野開闊，海景盡收眼底、一覽無遺），第二天上午出外歸晚，又延退一個小時，離店送行又送老闆自家茶山所產紅茶。

我預訂的是3樓的房間可以看到洱海全景視野不錯.有幾點不滿意的我説下一進酒店的門就是有股味道酒店管家説是消毒水的味道但是晚上回來一進酒店門還是有味道，第二就是我發的圖一床看上去很臟床的席夢思很軟，之後酒店的實際環境照片和我在攜程上的想象的還是有區別，管家的服務還是不錯的有下午茶 ，入睡前有銀耳燕窩都還是蠻滿意的.

此次來大理選擇的迷那端海景酒店
也是眾多酒店中最後選擇感覺最好的
結果不負所望的好。
設施：酒店是一個精緻小別墅的樣子，整體環境設施都很乾凈，很有創意，房間設計大氣典雅乾淨，尤其浴室設計空間大，採光好，並且是雙淋浴設備。
環境：酒店裡海邊非常近，步行就可以到，門口就是停車位很方便，頂樓有無邊泳池，眺望洱海美景非常優美
服務：酒店整體服務非常周到，有24小時管家服務，回覆非常快，這次服務我們的是小海管家，住店期間早餐和晚安甜品都會提前準備並且和我們確認時間，服務非常細心，體貼，有什麼問題直接問管家就行，都能幫我們很好解決，小海管家對大理及周邊非常熟悉，可以推薦很多不錯的地方和美食，我們非常滿意給予五星好評！
總之這是一次非常開心愉快的體驗，之後還會選擇迷那端，也會推薦給身邊的好朋友。

酒店很棒，很人性化，細節很到位，能看出老闆的用心，雖然下雨景色也很好，管家小菊是個很漂亮温柔的小姐姐，入住的這幾天每天玩到很晚回來還會貼心的準備甜品，酒店的spa也很棒，如果以後來大理還會選擇住在這，有熱愛，有温度。

民宿整體環境非常好服務小姐姐小楠，在服務的安排上特別的合理，然後特別貼心，去和離開都特意給我安排了接送。我晚上回去很晚，還特意給我準備晚安甜點，不管是不是需要吧，服務特別貼心，後來我以為在酒店裡落了東西，又反覆幫我找。很熱情，特別值得一提的是，這個酒店的床極其舒服，極其舒服。

酒店位置不錯，離大理站和機場都很近，行程上推薦大家在大理的最後一晚或幾晚住在這，以休閑為主。酒店位於洱海南岸的別墅區內，閑暇在別墅區內走走，到洱海邊逛逛，或者上山上的公園看看。吃飯的選擇也比較多，點外賣也方便。
酒店設施新，看得出來老闆是用心裝修了的，三層以上的房間洱海湖景無敵。樓頂還有無邊泳池和健身房，拍照出片。
我們住的這個房間穿很大，三口之家甚至帶兩個寶寶應該問題都不大，這樣的酒店位置、房間裝修應該孩子會覺得特別興奮。
管家小潘的服務也特別周到，免費零食飲料、下午茶、晚間甜點和第二天的送站都特別到位。
我們入住的當天下午隔壁酒店還有婚禮（照片上應該能看到），整個環境融為一體，感覺很棒。
總之好評，下次來大理還住這兒。
