We arrived at 11pm. We originally booked a room on the first floor. The service guy took us to the second floor and said that we would be upgraded for free. It was inconvenient for us to climb up and down with two sleeping children in our arms, so we insisted on the first floor room we originally booked. In the end, we were given a king-size bed room at the innermost part. There were scaffoldings outside the window, and the sheets, quilts and pillows were all wet. We couldn't sleep at all. We had no choice but to compromise and move to the second floor room. It was already past 12pm when we changed rooms and put our luggage with the children in our arms. When my wife was about to take a bath, she found a big spider in the bathtub and shower room. She was so scared that she almost flew away. After asking the housekeeper to deal with the spider, a teacup-sized insect flew onto my wife. This time she was completely scared and stressed. She felt that there were bugs and spiders everywhere. She was looking for bugs with a flashlight for several hours and almost didn't sleep all night. Originally, the housekeeper said that since we arrived late, afternoon tea and goodnight soup would be arranged for us at noon the next day. In the end, we didn't wait until check-out. The overall experience was quite bad.
