The service lady who cleans my room is amazing. However the lady at the front desk was rude to me.. I was asking what time the chinese restaurant opens and she sounded angry and said she would not know and I should call the restaurant. The location is near old town. Walking distance

Very great hotel with good service and accommodations.
However the check in is a bit tough for foreigners. Lots of questions : where do you come from, where are you going, through what train (even the numer of the train!!).

和上一次來大同一樣繼續選擇了這家酒店，因為上一回的印象很好。這次依然非常滿意。
設施：基本齊全、較新，不過缺少USB充電口。如果浴室再配一根晾衣繩和抽紙就更全了。地庫停車特別方便，有保安引導。
衞生：很滿意，乾淨整潔，房間和浴室都不錯。
環境：很好，住着很舒服。
服務：非常滿意，前台熱情專業效率高，退房還送了伴手禮。客房保潔李玉丹（😰應該是這個名字吧）非常熱心細緻有禮貌，表揚💮。
入住每天都有水果贈送，還有一晚送了大麥茶和貓耳朵，早餐非常豐盛，地理位置也極好。

雲岡美高酒店很不錯，我和爸爸來大同旅遊，訂的優選大床房，我們一個人住一間。空間是夠的，廁所很寬敞。房間也有窗户。入住3天，每天都送了水果和小零食。12樓客房服務員裴愛民阿姨態度很好，做事認真迅速，打掃房間很仔細。前台和大堂的員工態度也很好，早餐自助餐廳的各位服務員都很好，對長者仔細耐心。早餐也很好吃，刀削麪不比外面的名店差。我連吃2碗。
下次來大同還會入住，退房還送了小禮物，很不錯。

服務非常好，是我住過的最好的酒店之一！好幾個意想不到：第一個是給安排在高樓層古城景觀房，尤其晚上觀看古城夜景很贊。第二個是一入住送了水果和甜點，還給了兩張酒店六層洗浴票，雖然我沒用。第三個是沒想到退房還給送了當地特色伴手禮，有陳醋、小米、小米鍋巴、巖燒芝士、小麻花、堅果酥，共7樣9個。酒店位置離古城南門—永泰門很近，溜達十分鐘就能到。酒店早餐品種很豐富，正餐在酒店二樓可以單點。下次大同之行必須再次入住該酒店。

我們訂的房型和舒服，雙台盆的浴室很寬敞。可惜這個房型衹有朝南的，沒法看到大同古城。
每天回房都有水果和點心，建議酸奶放冰箱會更好些。
早餐品種豐盛，基本都有了，每天都是趕行程，雖説7:00開始的早餐，我們6:45基本都能吃到了。
