The room isn't huge, but it's clean. It's quite quiet after the street noise dies down at night. I stayed in a deluxe sea view twin room, and I think they temporarily converted it to a twin, because all the outlets were hidden under the pillows. I had to push the TV aside to use the outlets behind it. You really can see the sea, and it's nice to stand on the small balcony in the morning and before bed. Just a short walk downstairs is a street full of snack stalls, and the smell at night is amazing – you'll definitely want to keep your doors and windows shut!
Reception staff were not friendly and helpful.
Room was big and clean, and housekeeping staff were polite.
Take note that early Nov in autumn they will disable the aircon and only provide heating so the room remains permanently at 28 degrees - belatedly realised there were other reviewers who warned about this. Staff will advise you to open the window if you feel stuffy and hot. However, this means noise from traffic and the baseball batting cage located next to the hotel. But I guess noise is better than getting a heatstroke.
Pretty close walk to haeundae station, and convenient to have a convenience store downstairs and McDonald’s across the road.
The studio apartment is slightly dated, with some older furniture showing signs of wear, such as wooden pieces chipping off. That said, the room is cozy and fully equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. There’s no check in/out services, be prepared to DIY.
The standout feature is the unbeatable location—extremely convenient with train and bus stations right at the doorstep. Getting here from the airport is a breeze, thanks to a direct bus that stops nearby.
If you love the Haeundae beach area, this place is a fantastic choice. Right next to the hotel is an Egg Drop sandwich shop, and just a short walk away, you’ll find WorkingHoliday Brunch Café, offering one of the best breakfast with impressive beach views in the area.

Location of the hotel was directly opposite Haeundae Beach and it was quite accessible to many of the tourists attractions.
We had a good view of the beach from our room although we found the position of the window to be abit awkward (our room had windows behind the beds and 1 window at the corner of the room)
The bathroom was generously spacious with a bath tub, but not enough surface space to place your comesticsor toiletries (the only available space was by the bath tub, but you would risk getting them all wet)
While the room was definitely smaller than what we expected, we still had a comfortable stay. Definitely not enough space to open luggages to unpack/pack if you're a group of more than 3 persons.
Would consider to stay here again (but maybe at a different room)
The hotel is modern and clean, 10 minutes walk to the subway station and 5 minutes walk to the beach. The haeundae beach and market is nearby. And the bexco center is two subway ride. Staff could speak english. The breakfast is pretty poor options. However, for the price, I still recommend this hotel for travelers
I had an excellent stay at the L7 Lotte Hotel in Busan and would like to share how satisfied I was with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, friendly, and efficient. Every staff member I encountered was polite and genuinely helpful, which made the stay feel very welcoming.
The room was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of space and a comfortable atmosphere. The location is also perfect—convenient for transportation, shopping, and dining, making it easy to explore Busan without any hassle.
One of the highlights was the overall environment of the hotel. It feels stylish yet cozy, and the facilities are well-maintained. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and pleasant.
I am extremely satisfied with my stay at L7 Lotte Busan. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Busan, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.
Clean and compact room. Like the bed the most, we had a good sleep for our 3 nights stay. CU is right next to the hotel. Just a 4–5 mins walk to Haeundae Beach and the nearby food street. Also within walking distance to Mipo Blue Line Park Station for the Sky Capsule, beach train, ClubD Oasis, and X the Sky. Great location!
I stayed in a single room on the 16th floor with an amazing view, and it was quite affordable. Perhaps because it was the innermost room, it wasn't as noisy as some reviews mentioned. Breakfast wasn't great, but it was free, so don't set your expectations too high. The cleanliness was good. There's no toothbrush or toothpaste provided, so bring your own.
The Haeundae Beach is just a 5-minute walk away, perfect for watching the sunrise or grabbing a late-night snack. Right outside the hotel, there's a rapid transit bus that goes to the KTX station. For solo female travelers, I highly recommend it!
The hotel is located exactly in the Haeundae market street. Everything is within walking distance, even the beach. We had a lovely stay and the hotel also offers express check out where you can just drop your card after paying for the room.
Convenient location, can walking to many restaurants, eating establishments, convenience stores, beauty, pharmacy, fashion, shoe shops, etc. Rooms are spacious and clean. Huge living room and well equipped kitchen. Toilets are modern and nice. Only downside is the TV sound is faulty and no washer and dryer. Other than that the apartment has a fantastic views.

Outstanding
GGuest UserRoom condition is clean and tidy. Good access. Parking space is spacious so you can park comfortably. It is the most satisfying place I have recently used. I will use it again next time. Prosper. Good good good !!!
HHikmaI booked this place because my friends were visiting Busan.
Six of us stayed here, and the location was perfect, as it was very close to Haeundae Beach.
Because it's a new building, the overall experience was very clean, and the rooms were spacious, making it comfortable for several people.
I was also happy that there were enough bedding and mattresses for everyone.
The facilities were well-equipped overall, and I was especially satisfied with the cleanliness of the bathroom and bathtub.
I'm very sensitive to dust, so I can't sleep even if my room is slightly dirty,
but this place was absolutely fantastic.
I will definitely book here again if I have guests in Busan in the future.
Highly recommended!
MMowenlinThe hotel was beyond my expectation, very clean and hygienic. It's also close to the exhibition hall. Is it true that Korean hotels don't offer breakfast? The front desk service was very warm and thoughtful, very polite, and they also helped with luggage, etc.
YYOON HSU WAIWe booked this hotel for our one-night trip, and it was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious, the facilities were excellent, and it offered great value for money. The location was also a big plus, being just a 10-minute walk from the beach, which made getting there very convenient. As foreigners, we initially worried about potential communication issues, but thanks to the friendly staff who spoke excellent English, our stay was incredibly smooth and comfortable.
GGuest UserExcellent hotel! I would definitely recommend! The staff were lovely and checked us in early. Breakfast was nice, good options and coffee good. The room itself is very comfortable, perfect for a few nights. Bathroom was fine. Location is great, 5/10 mins walk to the Haeundae beach and about 4 mins from the subway - great for getting around! The laundry room (washing machines and dryers) was free of charge and they had detergent available to use. This was a huge help and really handy. The gym was also excellent compared to a lot of hotel gyms. It had lots of equipment, treadmill, stair climber, leg press, benches, decent free weights. Overall, a fantastic stay with all the amenities you need for a few days
JJamie333Despite paying for ocean view, the view was mainly blocked by other buildings. The hotel didn’t have any amenities like a gym or pool, but the room was stocked with many appliances. There were not enough elevators for the size of the building. The room didn’t have a shower curtain so the floors got very wet. But the room was spacious and quiet. The air conditioning worked very well. The location was very good. On a very exciting street with lots to do. Very convenient.
GGuest UserFacing the bus street, it was close to the bus stop and train station, and it was easy to go anywhere. There were restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
Also, it was comfortable to make up my bed every day.
Amenity such as pots, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes ... were also available. There was a bath with a bathtub, and I was able to watch Netflix, Disney, etc.
Check out was affordable, just put the card in the container ....
However, I was told to contact before check-in, so I called, but I was worried that I could not communicate enough in English and Japanese.
GGuest UserIt's a very good motel to sleep with friends for a day, and it's very good because it's clean and the street is good. It's a place I want to come again next time.
