The hotel facade is new and clean. The room is very clean with daily change of towels, slippers and bottled water. Location is excellent, on the Main Street with many eateries. It is just opposite the Haeundae traditional market and 5mins walk from the Haeundae beach. But the downside is the slow water flow from the bathtub and no shower curtain . Hotel staff wasn’t able to provide information on traditional market recommendations
Stayed for three nights, and it was... fine, I guess. Nothing exceptional, but not bad either. Its 'good location' just means it's right by Haeundae Beach, with plenty of restaurants nearby. However, it's a 10-minute walk to both the subway and Mipo Station. The facilities are pretty standard, but it's relatively new, and the room was a decent size. For the first two nights, we got a free room upgrade. When extending our stay, we were asked to pay an extra 33,000 KRW, either to move to a lower floor or pay the difference. We were too lazy to move, so we just paid to stay in the upgraded room.
Great hotel. Modern and extremely clean inside. Staff spoke very good English which was great as we don’t speak Korean. Only slight con is the street outside smells a bit rough but that’s nothing to do with the hotel.

Reception staff were not friendly and helpful.
Room was big and clean, and housekeeping staff were polite.
Take note that early Nov in autumn they will disable the aircon and only provide heating so the room remains permanently at 28 degrees - belatedly realised there were other reviewers who warned about this. Staff will advise you to open the window if you feel stuffy and hot. However, this means noise from traffic and the baseball batting cage located next to the hotel. But I guess noise is better than getting a heatstroke.
Pretty close walk to haeundae station, and convenient to have a convenience store downstairs and McDonald’s across the road.
Nice hotel conveniently located in the city surrounded by lots of nice restaurants and cafes Opposite the hotel is a 3 storey high Daiso and walk down the street to the end (about 5mins walks) is the Haeundae Traditional Market that sells plenty of local delights. If you need to travel to another city bus, the Intercity Bus Terminal is just behind the hotel. It's about 3-5mins walk.
The staff are friendly and helpful and there's a convenient store right below the hotel I will definitely stay at Ramada Encore if I visit Haeundae. Will stay more days at the hotel. Thank you Ramada Encore
This hotel is super convenient for concerts at BEXCO; it's just across the road! The airport bus goes straight there, and the subway is also very accessible. Downstairs, there are tons of restaurants and convenience stores, plus an Olive Young right at the intersection. It's also easy to walk to Lotte and Shinsegae. You don't even need to transfer subway lines to get to Gwangalli or Haeundae. I'll definitely stay here again!
I really liked the place! Super clean, has lots of amenities and good location. The area around is close to the beach but not noisy at all. Had a room up high floor with a good view and balcony.
The only little problem I had was with a check-in. They send a letter to you before couple of days to be filled and after this registration they send you details on how you can store the luggage before check-in. As I was traveling all the days before and didn’t do it in advance had to figure out how I do it on arrival in the hall which has literally no place to sit. As i felt a bit tired this process seemed sophisticated to me. But i sent a message through the platform and received very quick replies 👍🏼
I chose this hotel based on Ctrip's high ratings and positive reviews, but honestly, I don't feel it lives up to its 'Busan's best' reputation. The hotel facilities are dated, and the overall environment is just okay – it doesn't have that grand five-star hotel feel. It's just very average, not terrible, but nothing special. The front desk staff was excellent though! The hotel towels had a strong disinfectant smell, but the surroundings of the hotel were quite nice.
Right outside the hotel is a bus stop, which we used frequently, making getting around incredibly convenient. It's also not far from the subway station, and the surrounding area has a wide variety of shops. The hotel itself is very clean, and the staff are friendly. The only thing to note, which is different from China, is that they don't provide toothbrushes and toothpaste. However, there's a vending machine at the hotel where you can buy them, and a convenience store right next door also sells them.
For this price, breakfast included, it's pretty good. It seems like the Toyoko Inn in Korea has cut back on in-room amenities. I didn't see any toothbrushes or combs at the front desk, and there was no bathrobe in the room. Luckily, I didn't need any of those things. Waiting for the elevator in the morning was a nightmare; even with four elevators, it still took forever. I was glad to be assigned a higher floor, as the lower floors often had full elevators that people couldn't get into. Waiting for the elevator for breakfast and check-out took ages. There are free self-service luggage lockers in the lobby on the first floor for storage.

Amazing
Jjae hyoung ohPerhaps because it's a new hotel, the overall facilities felt very stylish and clean. The first thing I noticed upon entering the room was its cleanliness; the bedding and bathroom were meticulously maintained, allowing me to relax comfortably.
As someone who travels for business, I often need to do laundry, and this hotel has excellent amenities like a laundry room, which I found incredibly convenient for business travelers.
Another interesting feature was the area in the restaurant where you could cook your own 'Han River Ramyun.' It's a simple thing, but it added a surprisingly delightful touch during a trip or business stay.
Most impressive, however, was the staff's kindness. From check-in to providing information, their service was incredibly friendly, making my stay very pleasant.
Overall, it was a satisfying stay in terms of facilities, cleanliness, amenities, and service. If you're looking for a clean and good value-for-money hotel in Haeundae, I would definitely recommend H Avenue Hotel Haeundae.
HHikmaI booked this place because my friends were visiting Busan.
Six of us stayed here, and the location was perfect, as it was very close to Haeundae Beach.
Because it's a new building, the overall experience was very clean, and the rooms were spacious, making it comfortable for several people.
I was also happy that there were enough bedding and mattresses for everyone.
The facilities were well-equipped overall, and I was especially satisfied with the cleanliness of the bathroom and bathtub.
I'm very sensitive to dust, so I can't sleep even if my room is slightly dirty,
but this place was absolutely fantastic.
I will definitely book here again if I have guests in Busan in the future.
Highly recommended!
GGuest UserThis was the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Korea. The front desk staff spoke excellent English (I didn't encounter anyone with better English after that! 😄). The room was very spacious, and the lighting was bright, not dim at all. There was a sofa and a small coffee table, which was very convenient for placing things and relaxing. It even had a clothes sterilizer! The balcony looked just like the pictures, but it was too cold to use, which was a bit of a shame.
RRacheltravelsWe had a great stay at this hotel for four nights! The views were fantastic, and the location was conveniently close to the city center making it easy to explore the area.
The ambiance was also lovely, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. We will definitely book again soon!
IIris Kim Choo TanGreat location! Haeundae Station is conveniently located right below the hotel, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. The hotel room itself was clean and comfortable, with no issues.
However, our experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. When we arrived around 11 a.m. to drop off our luggage, we were not greeted or welcomed. Instead, the first thing the staff (a trainee) said was, “Check-in is at 2 p.m.” I had to ask him to check if our room might be ready and even offered my booking receipt. He reluctantly checked and then simply pointed to an area where we were expected to leave and tag our own luggage.
Another issue was the lift situation. During peak times, especially around 11 a.m., we waited almost 30 minutes just to get a lift to leave the hotel. With only two lifts serving such a high-rise building (from the 18th to 42nd floor), it was quite inconvenient.
Overall, while the location and amenities are excellent, the front desk service and elevator capacity need serious improvement.
GGuest UserFacing the bus street, it was close to the bus stop and train station, and it was easy to go anywhere. There were restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
Also, it was comfortable to make up my bed every day.
Amenity such as pots, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes ... were also available. There was a bath with a bathtub, and I was able to watch Netflix, Disney, etc.
Check out was affordable, just put the card in the container ....
However, I was told to contact before check-in, so I called, but I was worried that I could not communicate enough in English and Japanese.
GGuest UserRoom condition is clean and tidy. Good access. Parking space is spacious so you can park comfortably. It is the most satisfying place I have recently used. I will use it again next time. Prosper. Good good good !!!
GGuest UserIt's a very good motel to sleep with friends for a day, and it's very good because it's clean and the street is good. It's a place I want to come again next time.
