I had an excellent experience with the valet at the aloft hotel, and I want to acknowledge Malek, the valet manager. Malek was incredibly patient and professional, helping us resolve an issue with our vehicle. Throughout the process, he remained calm, courteous, and we were able to resovle the issue. I also want to mention Pete, who was very attentive and ensured we were taken care of. There was also a valet woman, I failed to get her name, but she also was most professional and I was very impressed. Their exceptional customer service really stood out.

This Hotel is in a Good Location for Downtown. Even though the Aloft doesn't have Free Breakfast, there are plenty of Food Options Downtown. the 16th Street Mall Ride Is Near the Hotel that Can Take you to Union Station, so It is accessible from Union Station if you are Catching an Amtrak Train. The Room was very Big and Comfortable after a long night at Coors Field. The Front Desk was Nice when we Arrived. 4 Stars Marriott, Nice Job!

Love this hotel the staff is so very friendly and helpful. Shout-out to Dennis at the front desk who went out of his way to accommodate us. We were there for 5-days and the room was straighten everyday. I highly recommend this hotel and I will plan my next trip to Denver with this hotel.

Even though I booked on another site & not not there fault I still enjoyed the location cause it was fairly near everything. & the staff was great & helpful when asking questions. Very close to 16th street where you can hop on the bus for free all day everyday, which is a five minute walk from Champa & 14th to the hotel

I had a reservation for four nights at the Aloft in downtown Denver but when I arrived from the airport I was told my reservation was not available. The front desk clerk sent me to the nearby by Courtyard and I had to walked in the middle of the night with all my luggage. I've reached out to the hotel management to get an explanation of what happened to my reservation but they 've ignored me. I even went to the location to request to talk to a manager on duty but she refused to meet me.

Stayed here twice in September for work. Staff was awesome. It is pretty typical aloft fun, modern, comfortable and clean. The friendliness of staff made it stand out. Great location close to good eats and convention center. I will stay again if work or pleasure brings me back to downtown Denver.

I haven't even stayed at this hotel as yet so I will update this if appropriate. We are Titanium members who had two consecutive stays for 2 nights each using points/certificates. Our stay is in 2 weeks. We just received emails stating our reservations were cancelled. We called Marriott who said the cancellation was done by the hotel itself and they were unable to get a hold of the hotel. They could only take our contact info and send a message to the hotel. I decided to call the hotel direct myself. I've been in a phone loop for over an hour now. No answer from the front desk in over an hour? Another option is to transfer to the Executive Offices but they don't answer either and they don't offer a voice mail option. It's all a dead end as if they don't exist. I'm just hanging out on hold due to stubbornness. It's a unique experience.

Was booked on points for a concert weekend towards the end of August. Got an email from the Assistant General Manager stating that their property is closed for reservations and will be cancelling my stay. Keep in mind this is two weeks out from a sold out concert at Empower Field and forced to rebook at another property for at least another 33% increase in points due to how soon it will be. Called the Titanium Line and they did not see any indication that this hotel is closed or notes that it is undergoing renovations. I replied back to the email asking for a transfer to another property and dead silence with no reply. They know the did wrong and conduct horrible business practices. I stay 100+ nights a year at Marriotts and never write a negative review even after minor negative experiences and this was my first one...stay away.
